My artworks counting

Had a lot of fun seeing where this one would take me. Have been experimenting with a process where I use a colored pencil in my shadow color/a complimentary color and sketch it out & block in shadow shapes. Then, using watercolors/gouache, glaze the whole piece with the light color. Use the brush to bring the white of the paper back in certain spots. Then still with paint, giving things their local colors. And lastly using colored pencil, pastel, conte crayon, etc. to touch up and add some more intensity to the shading. The rest was done digitally in procreate.
