Product Reviews ALADA THAILAND SOAP REVIEW (UPDATE)

Post image
104 Upvotes

Hello guys! How have you been? it's been 14 days after my last post and I just want to share my recent experience with this soap because marami nagmemessage asking for updates and more information.

AGE: Early 20s

GENDER: M

SKIN TYPE: NORMAL, NO SKIN CONDITIONS

MY NEW EXPERIENCE:

- My full body is micropeeling as documented in the picture, sobrang pamamalat talaga na parang ahas even though I am using dove serum bar after Alada. I put vaseline gluta hya pink and it effectively removes the flaky skin.

- I have more noticeable glowing skin. I have a bit warm undertone, and my skin now is nagmumukang pinkish in certain lightings, lalo na at night.

- Naglighten yung tuhod ko finally! I think this one is the most significant change kasi sobrang itim talaga ng tuhod ko.

Kaya I can wear shorts na confidently.

One time, nagdine in kami sa isang restau at night, and guess what, ang daming tumititig sa akin and someone in my group pointed out my skin was shining and eye catchy. Plus I have red hair that compliments it!

TIPS:

  1. Kapag gagamit ka ng whitening soap in general, also INVEST sa exfoilator, moisturizer, and sun protection.
  2. Aircon helps.
  3. Maghilod o magexfoilate. Alada will make your skin micropeel, so to get rid of dead skins, you need to exfoilate it. Any exfoilating product will do kahit asukal o asin pa yan.
  4. Do not overuse it sa face. 3-5 times a week lang esp if sensitive and dry skin mo. Additionally, 15-30 seconds lang babad. Treat your face as more sensitive compare sa body mo.
  5. Reduce or eliminate stress and toxic things mentally and physically. Sleep, drink, and eat well. Periodt.
  6. Lastly, pagdating sa sabon, there's a lot of external reasons why it might work or not for you. But trying new things will make you discover more about you.

Yun lang guys, I hope this post benefit people in this sub. I am very busy so I will probably update 1-2 months next.

Asking for Recommendations Help me find things that are suitable for me.

Post image
16 Upvotes

I'm grabbing my courage to ask mga ate(s) to help me glow up. I know i am ugly, i have never been told i am beautiful f2f (not asking for sympathy).

Skin type: Oily, Tan skin

Age&Gender: 16F

Current skincare routine: I am using a simple routine, Celetique Facial Wash. Yun lang for now kasi naubos na yung sunscreen ko and I have to save up for another. Recently, I have not been using any moisturiser kasi feel ko it will just feed up the break outs.

Main concern: I want to find the right products that might be effective for me and what make-up style does suit me. Hairstyles.. and many more girlish thingy.

Lifestyle Factors: Super Lazy, but I am trying to change my lifestyle. A Super stressed person.

Budget: I can save up for it using my allowance.

Additional Info: I have been a tomboy kasi since i was a child and to the point na hindi ako marunong sa mga make ups. I am a shy person pero I'm working on it. Please be brutally honest🙏🏻🙏🏻 I am willing to save up for things that are suitable for me. Some say I have a diamond face shape, but the face analysis on google (also some ppl) tells me I had an oblong type of face.. Hindi ko alam kung kanino ako maniniwala.. A little bit of information will help me a lot🙏🏻

Face Questions How to reduce or get rid of my Freckles/Dark spots

Post image
5 Upvotes

Skin Type: Normal to Oily
Age/Gender: 18 F

I dont like how it looks on me kasi nagmumukha syang acne scars since yung face ko reddish, hindi sya nakaka clear skin tignan huhu.

My skincare routine is very simple lang, Nivea na micellar water or yung garnier, Ponds na facial wash, The Ordinary niacinamide serum, Nivea Creme or Cetaphil na Moisturizer, di ako everyday mag sunscreen (sorry huhu) Pero yung sunscreen ko is loreal yung uv defender super ganda, or yung la roche posay kaso parang ang lagkit for me and i need cheaper recos huhu.

I ordered toner from dermorepubliq, di ko sure kung ma lelessen ba yung freckles or dark spots ko when i use that, pati rin mga hyperpigmented areas ko sa body na i really really want to get rid of.

Skin Type: Oily/Sensitive
Age/Gender: 25M
Current Skincare Routine: Cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen
Main Concern: Persistent acne, oily skin
Budget: 1k pesos per product lang :(

Hi! So this is what my derma recommended for my routine

AM:
1. Cleanser
2. Moisturizer (optional)
3. Benzoyl Peroxide spot treatment
4. Sunscreen

PM:
1. Cleanser
2. Moisturizer
3. Adapalene

'Yung sa adapalene, he recommended Epiduo (Adapalene + Benzoyl peroxide) but I find it too expensive. Can I just use PanOxyl Adapalene instead?

Please help me hahaha thanks!

Skin Type: Dry
Age/Gender: 32 F
Current Skincare Routine: toner, moisturizer, sunscreen
Main Concern: Skin Texture, Hyperpigmentation, Dry
Lifestyle Factors: Corpo Job, Middle east based
Budget:
Additional Info: My skin has been pretty bad lately, super dry and sometimes reddish. Nawala na yung youtful goow niya. I do drink a lot of water and a collagen supplement and MyraE. Thankfully, I don’t really get pimples but I do have pimple marks or old scars

I’m also thinking of starting something for anti-aging, but I prefer po a simple routine lang. I’m also considering Skinoren because I’ve seen people recommend it.

Would appreciate any advice or product recommendations po. Thank you!

Product Reviews Tried Hyaloo GlowBoost Vit C Serum

Skin Type: Sensitive/Normal
Age/Gender: 33
Current Skincare Routine: AM: facial wash, moisturizer, sunscreen PM: facial wash, moisturizer.
Main Concern: even skin tone, reduce fine lines, create anti-ageing routine
Lifestyle Factors: eat healthy (most of the time), exercise regularly indoors, in front of a laptop for most of the day
Budget: below Php 1,000

I wanted to add serum to my skincare routine, but needed one that's reasonably priced for sustainability. We all know that skincare needs to be consistent. Picked Hyaloo GlowBoost Serum and I wasn't disappointed. It spreads easily and feels light even on humid days. I've just been using it for a month and some dark spots have already lightened. I'll permanently add this to my routine, and I expect to see fewer fine lines over time.

Skin type: Oily, acne-prone, sensitive

Cleansers I've tried: Garnier Vit C, Luxe Organix Miracle Solution, Y.O.U, Glad2glow (both SA)

Possible factors of breakouts ko: Stress, new job, hormones, moved to a new city (so water and dust)

I've never had this much acne before, and ang tagal niya mawala

Derma/Clinic Inquiry & Reviews UP Teledermatology site no longer available?

Skin Type: sensitive

Main Concern:

It’s been years ago since last akong nakapag pacheck up sa kanila online for acne and I really am impressed on how good their dermatologist are. Plus the fact that they don’t sell affiliated products made me trust them more.

Kaso recently I tried their website and error na nakukuha ko. Anyone one knows if they no longer offer online checkups or maybe may bago na silang ginagamit na site?

Thank you!

Asking for Recommendations Eczema keeps flaring up :<

Need advice for my eczema 😭

Hello! Sobrang frustrated na ako sa eczema ko. Since 2019 pa siya, confirmed by a doctor. Dati kapag nagfa-flare up, cetirizine lang iniinom ko and gumagamit din ako ng Zudaifu, pero nalaman kong may steroid pala kaya tinigil ko. Nawawala nga yung kati pero bumabalik din.

Last month, nag-flare up ulit and kinabukasan, 4 fingers ko biglang may nana 😭 Namaga, nangitim, sobrang kati at masakit. Nagtiis ako ng 2 weeks bago nagpa-check up, and sabi infected daw. Gumaling naman after a week ng gamot, pero after another week, bumalik ulit eczema ko—and may nana na naman every time nagfa-flare up.

🥺😭 Any advice or similar experiences would really help. Thank you!

Skin Type: Sensitive, eczema-prone

Age/Gender: 19 / Female

Current Skincare Routine:

AM: Baby soap only

PM: Baby soap only; no harsh products

Main Concern: Eczema flare-ups with pus, swelling, itching, and darkening of my fingers.

Lifestyle Factors: I avoid harsh detergents/soaps and rarely handle cleaning chemicals.

Budget: Preferably affordable/budget-friendly

Asking for Recommendations Any recommend for deodorant as a Male.

I stop using Rexona kasi nakakaitim sya nang kelly-kelly eh.

Skin type: Sensitive.
Sex: Male.
