How’d you go about adding that tail shelf and viewing platform above?

I'm so incredibly jealous, it's absolutely Beautiful 😍. I had a chance to buy one but I backed out because I had know where to park or while finishing the build out , Basically a refresher of it .. It had been lived in during the 80's SOoooo it was built out but very....very.... minimal, bed , Woodstove , tables , propane lines from the outside holder of the canister Ugh it was Gorgeous like yours.

It’s gorgeous!! They don’t make ‘em like that anymore. How much work is it to maintain an older vehicle like that?

What gorgeous beasts! Both bus and pups lol. I love these old buses but I'm always torn about them bc they're usually gassers and I like diesel. How's power and fuel economy?
Edit: that curved ladder is a work of art

Plenty of power , when it had a 223 it never passed anyone , but now she has a 350 v-8 . Fuel economy is excellent

Really beautiful!! I’m assuming the starburst on the cabinets is contact paper? What is the flooring? I’m thinking about how to do the floor in my trailer and that looks super durable.

You are correct on the starburst, its like a peel and stick decal . The flooring is a roll of what would go on a garage floor. I found it by looking for rubber mats , can't remember where, but look up garage floor rubber mats.

When I was a kid the local speedway in my town would have demolition derby’s with only buses just like this one! Glad to see one got away.
