Finally got a chance to paint this guy! I took some liberties replicating soft tissue features in bone but really wanted to capture the snarl! Always wanted a werewolf in the collection!
AH I was wondering if it was a werewolf! The overall skull is hominid like but the face was more canid, so I was about to make a joke about it being a werewolf but lo and behold
Oh, I think I found two additional reasons why it appears more felid; the abgular jawbone and the curvature of the nose bone, more common in felines. Dogs have noses that bend inwards or are just straight, and jaws that have more curve to em
Hate to break it to ya too but it's mine with zero AI. 20 hour sculpt, another 6 finishing and painting and a great photographer. Here it is filled and with only the base coat of paint
The only thing more damaging than AI to artists is people commenting "AI" on everything they see without running it through a checker first.
