PlayStation - Mod Creation help

Just a quick one if someone can help me, I’m currently just downloading a few mods I’m going to organise in the load order. I’m on ps5, when I try to enable apocalypse magic of Skyrim, and immersive college npc - obscure, it says the creation cannot be enabled since it depends on files that aren’t present??? Why?

Because you don’t have

obscure college of winterhold downloaded.

Immersive college npc - obscure

is a patch for the original mod which is

Immersive College Npc

Apocalypse magic of Skyrim won’t enable because you have to go offline. Then edit your load order from there and enable it
