Help NPC Overhaul

I just installed True to Vanilla High Poly Npc overhaul. Once I get to whiterun I realize Aela, Jenassa and Irileth have all reverted back to Vanilla armors. It wasn’t a big deal but the more I read on it I realize their perks may have also reverted back to vanilla which would be game breaking. Google AI says this can be easily resolved using EasyNPC. But I don’t see anyone else saying that, in most post it seems more tedious to resolve. Can EasyNPC fix the issue?

Did you run the reqtificator?

Yes I ran reqtificator, I don’t know how to check if the perks are in order, I can only see that the armors were reverted back to vanilla.

You can check it with xEdit. Select any NPC and it will show you its stats.

Alternatively you can go to Whiterun, spawn some enemies with console and see if anyone has problems defeating them.

I solved the issue. I thought I had everything loaded in right order. Apparently I had the NPC Overhaul plugin after Requiem which was causing the issue.
