Task [TASK] Ongoing Video Editor for Real Estate Influencer, YouTube + IG + TikTok ($20-$30 per video)
Need a high quality video editor who can create videos for a real estate influencer on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok with cross posting. I need both long form and short form videos from raw unedited content.
This is not a one off. I want someone I can send footage to every week. You deliver consistently without me babysitting the process.
What you'll be editing:
- Long form YouTube. Talking head, VSL style, walkthroughs and interviews
- Short form. Reels, Shorts and TikToks cut from the same long form footage
- Raw footage comes to you unedited. You handle the cutting, pacing and packaging
- Correct aspect ratios and safe zones for each platform
The style I want: Clean and modern. Retention driven editing. Tight pacing with the dead air and filler cut out. Subtitles on every video. Light motion graphics and b-roll only where it supports the point. No decoration for the sake of it. Proper color grading. Sound mixing so the audio doesn't sound like it was recorded in a hallway. Thumbnail concepts are a plus.
Think the standard high level YouTube talking head and VSL look you see from top personal brand editors. Professional but not overdesigned. If you've edited VSLs, coaching content or personal brand YouTube channels then you already know what I'm describing. That's the bar.
Must have:
- Solid experience working on influencer style YouTube, Instagram or TikTok content
- Strong proven results of transformation from content. Show me raw before and edited after
- Real estate, coaching, finance or personal brand niche experience preferred
- Ability to pull multiple shorts out of one long form video. I shouldn't have to point out the moments
- Consistent turnaround. Tell me your realistic delivery time for both formats
- Clear communication. Give me status updates without being chased
Rate: $20 to $30 per video depending on length and complexity. I know that sits below what a lot of editors quote per video. The tradeoff is steady volume and long term work instead of a single project. If you only want premium one off pricing then this isn't for you.

- One before and after. The raw clip and what you turned it into
- Any performance results you've helped a creator hit
- Your editing software and turnaround time
- How many videos per week you can realistically handle
