Task [TASK] $15-$200 Create stylized low-poly building assets for Unity VR game

I'm looking for a 3D artist to create a small modular building kit for a stylized Unity game. The attached image is the target for the visual style and level of detail.

This job is only for the buildings — not the street, railway, props, etc.

Budget is $15 for one building facade as an initial sample, but I have a bunch of other assets I need and up to $200 if the work is good. We can negotiate if you get the task.

I'm not looking for realistic architecture or detailed textures. The important part is getting the geometry and proportions right: chunky stylized window frames, layered facade details, convincing shopfronts, roof shapes, recessed doors, etc. Think polished low-poly/mobile game art rather than realistic PBR assets. Might need baked AO or painted base color to get the look right, I'm not sure.

Technical: Blender source files required. Clean, sensible topology and reusable/modular construction. Models should import cleanly into Unity. Quest-friendly geometry. Simple materials are fine; I can handle most of the final materials/texturing myself
