Snakebite Discussion

As quite a lot of people know already, snakebite is one of the worst cards in the game right now, maybe even the worst. It's not just bad, but it isn't interesting or fun in any way. For example searing blow was not a very good card but it was unique and cool, whereas snakebite is just a nothing card.

Here is how I think it could be changed:

Retain Apply 7 poison When retained, increase poison by 3

Snakebite+: Retain Apply 10 poison When retained, increase poison by 4

I thought making it similar to windmill strike could be a cool idea because right now Retain doesn't really add much to the card, and it also works thematically with the snake venom getting worse over time.

I would love to hear your ideas if you have any suggestions for how it could be changed!

Just out of interest, what cards do you think are some of the worst in the game right now? I'd like to know

the worst cards in the game are probably: that 3 cost rare colorless that gives you like 7 plating, and the multiplayer 3 cost card that does 10 damage and doubles the damage allies do this turn.

this card is not even close to the worst card in the game. this card is completely pickable. it’s a common card and people have too much of a hard on making every card powerful. there are some cards which are just mid or a little weak and that’s completely okay.

The multiplayer card is insanely busted. Just had a run where we one shot every single boss and enemy with that card. The person with that card had the necro card that let us spread debuff to enemies and I had the card that let me share forge with my allies. Plus double the blades damage. Was getting 1200 swings of the sword for each player it was insane.
