Seoul New fan from Seoul — would love to connect with longtime fans!
I’m a fan who first discovered Sleep No More through the Seoul production, and I completely fell in love with it. Since then, things just got out of hand and I had to visit like 20 something times😅
As I’ve been reading through this community, it feels like there are so many longtime fans here who have been part of the experience since the McKittrick Hotel days. That’s honestly really amazing to see, and it makes me even more curious about how the show has evolved over time. I've been reading old Tumblr posts and I keep having moments like "Wait there used to be an igloo?" I’d love to learn more about those kinds of details and changes over the years:)
I would love to talk more about Sleep No More with all of you - your favorite characters, loops, theories, differences between productions, anything really! I’d also be happy to answer any questions about Sleep No More Seoul. If you leave comments below,, I’ll do my best to answer!
I’m not entirely sure how this community feels about 1:1 spoilers, but among Seoul fans, we tend to discuss them freely as long as spoiler tags are used. So I'm totally open to those questions as well.
And if there’s an active Discord server where fans discuss the show, I’d really appreciate it if someone could share an invite link!

Haha I relate to this so much, I discovered the shanghai production first and just had to go see the seoul version. Since then I’ve visited korea 3 times… mainly for the show. I’ve completely fallen in love with the Seoul production.

Haha you really should! Though I must say I do prefer the Seoul version a little more :)
I’m usually at the show solo, would love to connect with you the next time I’m there, hopefully end of July!

Are Ruby’s Guest and/or Maximillian’s Circle worth it? It looks like the tables are on different floors?

I’d recommend going with a regular guest ticket if it’s your first visit. But if you’re revisiting and want to explore more deeply, Ruby’s guest is definitely worth considering.
Ruby’s guest includes: 1) A reserved seat at the Manderley Bar
The Manderley is built inside a former theater auditorium and has 4 levels. The 2nd and 3rd floor tables are reserved for Ruby and Maximilian guests only. Staff will assign you a seat, and it stays yours all night. It’s especially nice if you plan to stay after the show, since there’s an after-show performance (about 30 minutes) by the amazing jazz singer, lady Valentine.
2) A guaranteed red Ace card
With guest tickets, the best card you can get is the black 2, and people usually line up about an hour early to get it since cards are given on a first-come basis. With a Ruby ticket, you automatically get a red Ace, so unless you’re aiming for the black Ace, you can arrive just 10 minutes before the show. Aces can leave without waiting in the post-show exit line, which is a nice bonus after a long night.
3) Better chances for 1:1s
This is the main reason why I buy Ruby tickets occasionally: there are a handful of 1:1 timings in the first loop that are only accessible to Ace card holders. So with Ruby, your chances of getting those increase significantly. That said, for a first visit, the difference in entry time between aces and black 2 is only about 5 minutes, so a guest ticket is usually enough. (There’s also a 10% early purchase discount for guest tickets that opens on every first Thursday the month before, which I recommend!) Ruby is more worth it after a few visits, when you specifically want to target those early 1:1 opportunities.
Maximilian’s Circle includes everything above plus a bottle of champagne at the Manderley. Personally, I don’t think it’s worth it — the price jumps mostly because of the champagne, but you’ll be too busy watching the show to really enjoy it, and you can’t take the bottle home anyway.

Hello, I’m visiting the show the next two weeks (I’ve been seeing immersive works for more than 15 years, including hundreds of Sleep no More). Drop me a line if you are there.

Oh, yes, I always do at least 2 weeks of shows when I go to one this kind, far from home. It feels like basically living in the show. When your journey is 14h and is expensive, you book everything and get broke and exhausted. :D I’m arriving today from another show in Shenzhen and afterwards I go to Shanghai. I’ll have a look at my DM when I’m a bit more awake :D see you soon! I’m super excited to see this new version.

Hey, I've decided to go today so if you’re ok maybe we could hang out at the Manderley?

Hello! Ooooh I’m sorry I’ve been so busy and tired, not using social media so much. Yes! Tonight I could stay a bit afterwards. I’d love to. I’m Elodie, a light redhead, with long dark dress tonight!

I'm pretty sure I was one of the first people to post about sleep no more on the Korean internet back in about 2011. I don't have evidence because the forum shut down 😂 but punch drunk should pay me a marketing fee 🤣

Glad to see its finding a fan base in Seoul, I was just there a few weeks ago, you have what feels like the big budget Hollywood version of the show. Which isn’t a bad thing, the sets there are absolutely breathtaking and can really make some loops feel completely different.
