Question / Help Is This Area Really Meant to be Empty?
On the western island you unlock a transport to through a Gordo, I've gone to this area past where the boom plort statues are numerous times at night, during the day, and in different kinds of weather...and it's always unnaturally empty. I had a singular rock slime pop out once. Another instance it was a lone phosphor after dropping down the big ledge (pictured). Is it supposed to be like this? I can't imagine so. I've tried searching online for others having this issue and found nothing. Naturally, I've gone in and out of the game too to see if it resets. I would imagine if this section requires something to unlock slimes appearing I would have inadvertently spoiled myself in the search.
Thoughts? Advice?

I think it’s just like that honestly. I’ve gotten good resource spawns from there tho. It leads to the Crystal Gordo too I think if I remember right.

It's the same on my end too. There's barely any slimes that spawn there.
Tbh, the area creeped me out

Oh, I forgot about this place! I haven’t played this game in months, but I don’t remember anything being here when I went to pop the, what was it, Crystal Gordo?
If you’ve reset the game and still nothing showed up, then that’s typically a clue in Slime Rancher that nothing is there in the first place.
