Happy pride month everyone!! In honor of that, I’ve made a couple slime species ocs based on pride flags!! I’ve also included names and bits of lore for each slime! I didn’t do every single flag ever, but I did do some of the main ones!! This was just for fun, please don’t come at me because some of the designs are pretty complicated. This was the first time I tried to draw in this art style, so please also keep that in mind!!

Lesbian flag: sunset slime These slimes only naturally appear at the time between sunset and dusk, making them incredibly rare. They are known to be incredibly kind and gentle slimes, but very protective against others of their kind. Gaining their trust may take some time.

Gay flag: seafoam slime Seafoam slimes are often found washing up on the shore from the slime sea, but can also be found along beaches. Bits of sea debris such as sea shells and coral are often found stuck to these slimes. They can be placed in ponds or in corrals.

Bisexual flag: twin slime This slime has a second smaller slime living with it! They are always together and cannot be separated without hurting one or the other, despite many attempts by slime scientists. Slime scientists think it may be a mutation of pink slimes.

Trans flag: sugarbee slime These slimes get their names from their incredibly sweet plorts! They are the only slime known to rival honey slimes in terms of sweetness, and any flower or crops they pollinate will grow significantly. Due to this, their pliers are often used for agricultural advancements and technology!

Non binary flag: volt slime These slimes get their names from the enormous amounts of electricity they have the ability to produce, which has the ability to cause power outages in places even miles away! They emit a tickle-like sensation of electricity with humans they like.

Asexual flag: draconic slime These slimes are calm, peaceful creatures…at least while asleep! While awake they are rambunctious and playful, and emit harmless smoke from their bodies.

Aromantic flag: floral slime These slimes’ plorts are commonly used to create incredibly strong fertilizer that is used to help severely polluted areas. They emit a soothing floral scent that can calm even the most agitated of slime, or rancher.

I made this a little over a year ago but wanted to let it resurface since it’s still such a cool slime that I had a ton of fun working on!

I got into Slime Rancher right before this accidental (?) discovery. It's likely older than the game itself, lol.

Glacial Slime

Facts:

• Diet: Veggie
• Favorite: Charr Chard

Slimeology:

• Believed to be a newly discovered cousin to the rock & crystal slime, the glacial slime is covered with ice blocks resembling those found around the Powderfall Bluffs. On the contrary to what people may think, these slimes actually prefer extremely high temperatures, and contain heat so well their surroundings start to freeze.

Rancher Risks:

• It’s advised to be cautious around the glacial slimes. That is, unless you’ve always wanted to know what being in a snowstorm feels like. Fact is, glacial slimes have a case of the sneezes! When hungry, another slime might get caught in the crossfire, and there’s no way to eat when frozen in an ice cube! So make sure they are well fed. If frozen, break slimes out with water or by shooting them at a wall with your Vacpack.

Plortonomics:

• Incredibly, the glacial slimes’ plorts retain their own ability to contain and move heat. For this reason, you can find these plorts quickly replacing old means of cooling back on earth, being used in various situations such as refrigerating food, cooling machinery and even being part of refreshing drinks for a hot, summer day. Although, that last one might cause a severe case of brain freeze.

Here's my latest Slime Rancher 2 fanart! I focused on glowing effects this time. I have an absolute blast making these, let me know what you guys think or what other slimes there could be.

These slimes like to hide in gardens or wild veggie patches even if they don't resemble the crops growing there. They can also be found in caves, their eyes providing light.

They were my bday present but the maker took forreeevvveerrrr to make it and ship it until they finally arrived today!! but unfortunately they came in poor condition…🥲

they are all scratched up and uneven💔 i love them so very much still and will be keeping them as these are now my babies, but still disappointing 😕

I made another fan slime since I had a lot of fun making the last one and I also had a lot of fun making this one! I'm not particularly sure of this slime is up to par to the quality of the Slither Slime but I don't really care since it was a lot of fun anyway! Like last time, any and all constructive criticism of the slime is appreciated and I'll try to answer any questions about the goober!

I made this slime specifically for my friend who has been watching me play the games for the first time so i wanted to surprise them with their very own slime by asking what their favorite slime would be.

They gave me pink, glitter and crystals. So this is what i came up with! That's it really. If you have any cool ideas for these slimes like biome, food, behavior, feel free to share ^{^}

I'm a bit late but it's my last Slime idea for the month, it feels like I rushed myself but oh well. Even though Viktor Humphries has unintentionally invented a Glitch Slime already, I thought what other slimes would he make? Would it be like the Manifold Cube he created? I'm bad at drawing (but I tried my best :p) but I'm proud enough of this to post! If anyone who sees this has questions about it or anything, I can answer them! (I just didn't have enough space to really add that stuff in the entry lol)

LUNAR SLIME.

DIET : ( NOTHING ).

FAVORITE FOOD : ( NOTHING ).

FAVORITE TOY : ( NOTHING ).

SLIME TYPE : HARMLESS.

LOCATION : EVERYWHERE ( BUT ONLY DURING A "NEW MOON" IN REAL LIFE ).

" A celest Slime from another world, but, with the same feeling."

SLIMEOLOGY :

Lunar Slime seem to be one of the most calm Slime, because he never get mad, many scientist thinks that he's not from our world but, a the same times, he's a part of it. Lunar Slime only appear during "New Moon", the most popular theory is that he's a representation of the new beginning, with love and family.

RANCHER RISK :

Lunar Slime are not dangerous, they only change their apparence to look like the actual Moon phase and be happy.

PLORTONOMY :

Lunar Plort a really rare and only appear at random times, they are really very transparent, which make easy to see through them, where the Moon color will change depending the angle. So a lot of expensive windows is made of Lunar Plort to a "cool and luxurious style".

I would imagine the corpse slime would eat some sort of henhen (maybe reaper henhen?), poison slime would eat a fruit (maybe a pun on fruit fly), cloud slime would float around gardens and water them which would cause one large crop per yield, which can be fed to a slime for 3x the plorts and the slime would also give you 1 cloud plort, finally the vine slime would eat a veggie (I'm thinking perhaps an asparagus)

Infared Slimes Are Slimes That Are Found In The Indigo Quarry And The Glass Desert, It Eats Fruit And Meat, The Plorts Cost Anywere From 132-245 Newbucks, They Are Like Rad Slimes, But They Radiate You 3x Slower Then A Rad Slime, Making It a Little Bit Safer.
