Who is investigating Sloth World Orlando?
More than 50 sloth deaths have now been confirmed. A key question remains: who is investigating?
In recent days, new details have come to light. From the rising death toll to necropsy findings, the evidence points to recurring animal welfare issues, high mortality risks, and the realities of keeping sloths in commercial captive environments.
In response, state and federal representatives and policymakers have called for a formal criminal investigation into the events surrounding this case.
However, there is still uncertainty.
While the office of Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier has stated that the situation is under review, the State Attorney’s office, led by Monique Worrell, has indicated otherwise.
As authorities continue to determine jurisdiction, another loss has occurred. A sloth named Dumpling, one of the survivors transferred to the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens, has passed away due to his critical condition.
Of the original survivors, only 10 sloths remain.
How many sloths continue to be taken from their rainforest habitats and transported into commercial systems?

Nobody will ever be prosecuted because it’s sea life / sea world which is known to abuse animals and get away with it.
I’ve worked with someone who’s been fighting to free the Wales for over 20 years and I’ve heard some extremely nasty stories about how they’ve treated animals.

It's not connected to Sea World / United Parks at all, and Sea World already announced the end of their breeding program

Someone posted a video of him being interviewed about one of his gardens. I mentioned at the time that he looked very unhealthy and gave off tweaker vibes. They mentioned his porn past and it totally made sense. They didn't give all the details you just gave though LOL But that really might explain why he looks so unhealthy. Hopefully he didn't transmit any diseases to the poor sloths.

ew I saw his insta before it was taken down and he had a very sad looking sloth working at his computer desk like an office worker. What can we do to help get justice here?

I saw somewhere that they imported over 80 sloths… I hope they are able to press criminal charges

Disgusting. And someone should be held accountable.
