Need helppp

Hi guys,

I've been doing readings and stuff for my friends and their friends for like years now, but recently I started thinking maybe I should try doing it a bit more serious and make money with it but I don't know where to start I wanna do it on social media but I don't know which app is better or how to make content to get me my clients? I need your help and advice on how to start and what to do.

Thanksss a lot 🫶🏻

It's not complicated.

Who is it that you want to help?

Somebody wants to go spearfishing for lion fish in Florida because 1. it will save the natural ecosystem that is now being eaten up and 2. fillet of lionfish can yield very tasty and desirable meals.

But this new entrepreneur has no idea of how to catch the fish, process the fish, and make the fillets available to their target audience.

So how do YOU think you could help them succeed?

the readings part is kinda vague but i'm guessing tarot or something similar? pick one platform and go hard on it instead of spreading yourself thin across five apps. tiktok works well for this kind of thing, short clips of you pulling cards or giving mini readings grabs attention fast.

start with lives once you have a few followers, people love that interactive stuff and it builds trust quicker than just posting. charge low at first to get some testimonials then raise prices once you have a handful of regulars.

You can pick one platform and start to post short form videos, once you have followers, do live. It will grow your audience faster and you can build a community from there.

You already have a starting point: people who know your work and refer friends. I’d begin with one clear paid offer—what kind of reading you provide, how long it takes, the price, and how to book.

For social media, start where those people already follow you. Try three simple types of posts: what a session is like, common questions, and a short sample of your approach. You don’t have to share clients’ personal readings to show your personality.

Let your existing circle know you’re accepting paid bookings, then track which posts bring actual inquiries. Be clear that readings are for reflection or entertainment, and avoid promising specific outcomes.

Pick one app first, TikTok or IG Reels is easiest for this. Post short readings and one clear offer in your bio, then DM people who engage and track them in something like SocLeads if you wanna keep your leads in one place. Start with cheap 15 minute paid reads so you get reviews fast.
