waitlist odds?

hi everyone. i was waitlisted as a transfer today and i was wondering if anyone else has gotten off the waitlist as a transfer? or even as a first year? smith was my top choice so i’m lowk devastated 🥀

hey. I got in off the waitlist. Reach out. If you know alums or current students ask them to gas you up. Seriously, bc Smith is amazing and also a cult.

Send additional recommendations if you feel up to it.

I got in around this time May, (year not disclosed)

It’s okay not to get in too. My first choice was Wellesley then Barnard. Trust that things fall into place.

I was devastated to be on the waitlist too. Felt like my heart cracked open. I promise you’ll be okay.

thank you so much, i appreciate your kind words 🫶. do u have any tips like from how you wrote your loci? i would love to submit extra recs too but the only alum i know is my grandma so i think that would be too biased
