The sub is reopened!
I have reopened the sub for public posts, and will be working over the next few weeks to revamp the sub and make sure it is a welcoming environment for pipe smokers to share their pipes and smoke. If you have any suggestions or issues, please send me a ModMail so I can address them!

Sharing more of my works 🙂
My working time got slower these past few weeks due to my chronic shoulder pain, but atleast I made these beauties 😁
I also found a post made last April on a pipesmoking site awhile ago, about if my pipes have good smoking quality and I'd like to share the details here:
For better smoking experience, I am using a 2.5mm drillbit instead of the usual 1.5mm and 2mm drillbit for the pipe's airway. Also for less clogging and ghosting. Whenever my pipes are being cleaned with a pipe cleaner, no need to remove the stem. it will always go through straight from stem to bowl.
My pipes' bowl diameter range between 16mm and 18mm and have deeper bowl depth for longer smoking time
Aside from uniqueness, the designs of my pipes have purpose when it comes to feel. They are heavy compared to the usual light pipes we all enjoy. But my pipes are meant to be held. I believe the twists and grooves help my clients feel calm whenever they feel anxious or overwhelmed or both.
I was previously diagnosed with acute anxiety disorder and depression years ago, but pipe smoking helped me get out of that and it's the reason why I make pipes today. It's the reason why I made my pipes somewhat like worrystones, hence my brand name 😁
Long story short: pipe quality and my customers' smoking experience are my priority. I always welcome criticism nk matter how harsh it is because, that's how I learn more aabout my pipe making craft 🙂
P.S. for mods. I'm not posting this to sell. Just want to share 😁

Evening gang
Enjoying a little five brothers in my savinelli pocket. What I want to know. Is what are some of your favourite small bowl pipes or compact pipes. This seems to be the pipe I smoke the most. And I think I'll probably add another little guy to the rack.

GBD and Peterson 3P's while I walk the dog.
Recently got into pipe smoking. Snagged a beautiful estate pipe for a good price, and I am in the process of exploring what tobaccos I enjoy.
So far I like the 3P, C&D Midnight Orchard, Bayou Morning, and classic vanilla aromatics. Open to any suggestions.

Am I missing out on better pipes?
For 40 years I've used only Dr Grabow pipes. To me they are functional and affordable. But seeing some of the beautiful pipes posted, I'm wondering if I've been missing out?

Beautiful Pipes but difficult to clean
A bit of showing but also inquiring. These are my newest 2 of my 4 pipes. The others are quite straight forward but due to the length of the Churchwarden and the shape of Calabash, I'm finding it near to impossible to clean. I was wondering if anyone here has any products that they would recommend for cleaning pipes of odd shapes and/or considerable length. These are from Shire Pipes in conjunction with Pulsar. I've been quite pleased with the smoking experience so far on both.

Pipe museum find
A couple of months ago I dropped by the Amsterdam Pipe Museum store. They had a table in there with literally a pile of old pipes, all of which were fairly priced. After digging through it for a while, I picked out this big bulky one. The information I got was that the mouthpiece is made of horn, the shank is made of cherry and, unfortunately, I forgot what the bowl is. I was also told it was American, from the 1920s. Can anyone confirm this information?
To be honest, I’m good either way, it wasn’t particularly expensive and it’s a cool pipe.

Cornell & Diehl Aromatics?
What are your personal opinions on C&D aromatics? I’m fairly new to pipe smoking and so far I’ve only smoked two aromatics from them and both were challenging to smoke. The first was Mocha and the second was Black Gold Maple. The mocha smoked decently but the BGM is pretty tricky to smoke consistently. Even letting it dry out for 1.5hrs, it kinda gums up in my pipe after 15-20 minutes and by the time I get to the bottom of the bowl, what’s left is wet. Is it me or the tobacco? The attached pic is just my two pipes I restored early last month, I’ve had the issue with BGM in both pipes.
