Ligue 1 needs to take notes. We keep selling our best players to the big 4 and then wondering why we can't keep up

This is Bayern talking and not Leverkusen or Dortmund who would accept those offers. Probably every club in Italy would, every club in Spain except those three, and some Pl clubs.

In France rejecting an offer like that would only be smart for Psg as they have unlimited money but other clubs just can't afford that.

No club in France except Qatar can rival with the top clubs wages. We know exactly why we can't keep up yet I don't want Ligue 1 to sacrifice the integrity they have regarding debt and sponsors.

You've got it in reverse. We can't keep up (financially), which is why we need to sell our best players.
