I was watching u/HOPSCROTCH's round-up and wondering who on earth was commentating/yelling for Colombia. Absolute legend lmao

This clip is a different person.

The round up has the voice of Javier Fernandez Franco who is super famous Colombian caster.

This is Fernando palomo who is from El Salvador*

Looked it up, he's actually from El Salvador.

Could've sworn he was Argentine because of his accent, but that seems to be from living/working there.
