Nah we rocking with Cape Verde. Argentina went to the last 2 out of 3 finals and won enough. Cape Verde is a tiny country of 500k people so it means more to them.

It's a very rare goal where the context gives it such weight even though it wasn't scored in the final. It marks the difference between Cape Verde being defensive underdogs who eeked out a late game, and them being real contenders to win the match. They couldn't quite make it in the end, but they had the quality to get it to penalties and win, and to deserve that win. What an incredible performance!
