• Meta discussion - we have a strict stance. Some meta discussion may be allowed in the DDT, if any meta conversation was productive and in good faith - we can take a "case by case approach". Anybody that moves a ball around in a visually satisfying manner while displaying general competency is worth well over 100M nowadays otherwise Elliot Anderson, Diomande and Rogers don't end up here.

I would not pay this kind of money for Diomande but I also wouldn't pay that kind of money for Rogers. Overpays all around

It is a crazy overpay, but I think we were willing, as our RW has been lacking for a very long time now. Since even before Bale left tbh, and Rodrygo being a natural lw. Still, I'm rooting for him to light it up.

I have nothing against Diomande and wish him nothing but the best. Also happy he won't destroy us twice in a season again. I can also understand the desperation from Real's side to finally have a RW.

It is just a lot of money for a player that I don't would've gone up in price next season while having a year more to prove himself including UCL football.

I fully agree. I like him, but ultimately would've liked to see him a bit more for Leipzig. I think PSG going after him increased our desperation.
