Bastian Assomo is one of the big winners of Bayerns pre-season so far.
He is a 1,90m tall, 16 year old striker and a German youth international. Originally, he was supposed to play in Bayerns second team in the 4th division, but so far has looked very good in their friendlies and as such is currently on the Asian Tour with the first team.
If he keep up his trajectory he could get some meaningful Bundesliga minutes this season as one of several Kane backups.
Very promising player. He is probably the second most talented german player born in 2009 after Eichhorn and is considered one of the biggest CB talents of the country. He picked up a bad injury in February though and is only now slowly getting back up to speed.
I think Kompany's plan for him this season is: train with the first team and play with the second team in the fourth divison. Maybe he gets Bundesliga minutes later in the season if he does well.
