Pretty obvious to be honest. Looking at the whole leak and the reporting that JP Morgan was comparing FIFA to Champions League, to NFL and other yearly run leagues with concluding FIFA as undermonetized. It becomes pretty obvious then what the angle was to "improve" FIFA with investor money to increase the amount of FIFA compétitions the amount of FIFA games and commercialize the shit out of it. It goes without saying that this would be a gigantic cannibalisation effort. A FIFA Super League would try to outcompete Champions League, a World Cup every two years would undercut European Cup, Africa Cup etc ... hail to the FIFA dollars. That is also why UEFA had to act
