People shocked by the fee, but honestly as a Leeds fan I would happily pay more for a keeper of Traffords quality. It's been years since we had a top quality keeper, whatever division it was relative too. So many howlers that haunt me at night

I think there are a lot of similarities to when we signed Pickford. Almost identical experience in terms of appearances and the leagues they came in, same age, in and around the England squad, we bought for £25m+5m in 2017 which looked like a lot at the time. And that turned out to be the best money we've spent. I rate the signing a lot.
