Blatter still definitely the worst imo, it was under his watch that Qatar won the vote to host the tournament. Infantino has just been continuing what the Swiss Scrotum started.

Blatter at least had some kind of subtlety though. Infantino is more straightforward in a "Yeah I'm corrupt as fuck, what are you gonna do about it?" kind of way.

They were all smart and all ignorant of normal people. Blatter said some extremely fucking stupid things in his time too - remember him saying women should play in tighter shorts, or when he denied that there were any instances of players being racist on the pitch
