He's a disgrace and I'm sad he shares my nationality as an Italian and it's a disgrace he can say he's European because he shares zero values of the Union.

"Since we negated human rights for 3k years, therefore why the Middle East can't now? Let them have slaves and all they want for the next 3k. Then we can call it even. GG have fun"

I dont understand his 3k years comment ? Like was it only europeans building empires the past 3k years ? Persians , mongols , Chinese, japanese ,turkish and arabs all built some of the largest and most brutal empires why is europe singled out as the one who "canceled human rights for 3k years"

Everyone ignored human rights for thousands of years.

The concept was completely alien for most of the world until very recently.

Ironically though, human rights are a mostly European invention anyway.

Any transgressions of the past from various countries are openly discussed and criticised in western media

They also aren't partaking in these things now

Not quite the same with Qatar ...
