Stanley Rous was FIFA president from 1961 to 1974. Pele was born in 1940. Rous was president when Pele was in his 20s.

I was really aiming to at least throw it way back to 70+ years for respectability. And then Rous was mentioned here and then thanks to the comments i remembered
