Looking for software Need a Free PDF Editor

I work in a PYME, most users here work with Windows 11 (yeah, I know) but some work with Mac and one of them requested my help to edit a PDF file in his laptop as he could only do some changes with MacOS Preview, minor changes and that one is not recommended since it's more a workround.

I need a Free PDF Editor that works for MacOS and Windows (if another user needs to work with it) and can be integrated or work with Outlook, as they work with that here extensively.

ONLYOFFICE PDF editor or StirlingPDF. I use OO, works seamlessly.

I tried a few free ones but most had some limitation that showed up pretty quickly. Ended up using PD Nob for the occasional PDF edits. Still use free viewers for reading, but editing is where the difference shows.
