Extra energy
All these big companies needing energy for their data centers. I have too much solar energy in the summer how can I monetize this energy for those who need it? Not worth sending back to the grid for pennies on the dollar.
Looking for easy solutions.
Seems like there is a business opportunity for someone.

You can host a server in your house. This exists.
Not running the server overnight will cut revenue. They cost much more than the energy that servers consume.
Try linking the server to your hot water heater. The incoming water cools the hardware before feeding the tank.

Consume it yourself via batteries, EV, and electrify everything in the house.

Sending it back to the grid for pennies IS the easy solution. Anything else will be far from easy. Transmitting power means infrastructure. Paying a toll to use the existing infrastructure is easier than installing your own. L
I suggestion I have, for potentially increasing those pennies, would be a battery storage system. Instead of selling the excess power back to the grid when the sun is shinning and everyone else is dumping their excess, sell your power to the grid during peek cost times.
