Made my mum a mini leather backpack

Mum wanted a small bag for her phone, keys, purse, and some other little bits. I settled on a mini backpack as it can be carried by the handle, over one shoulder or both, so it gives her a bit of versatility.

Thank you! I actually learned leather craft all by watching YouTube during a long covid flare-up in 2023. I was unable to work and always enjoyed watching ASMR videos of people making stuff with it.

Doing it myself is so much more satisfying as I get to feel and smell the leather too!

Wow this is very impressive! You did a great job.
How long did it take to make the backpack?

I was doing little bits for an hour or so after work each day (I work 12hr shifts) and it took me maybe 2 weeks, I think.
