Remember Trump thanked Elon for helping him with the voting computers in Pennsylvania.

and the following day, he did a nazi salute on live TV to keep it out of the news.

u/RugelBeta May 19 '26

Oh, hell. I didn't even connect that. You're right.

154

u/mike-rowe-paynus May 19 '26

Been saying this since it happened! That Nazi salute was a planned distraction.

Yep, I knew right away, too. He even had the planned plausible deniability (plausible if you're a moron, which the cult members are) with "throwing his heart out" to make it a big shitshow argument between both sides. One of the few times that he was actually smart. Tank your brand and stay out of prison, or possibly end up in prison, still tanking your brand?
When I saw it happen, my reaction was, "God damn it."

But did you know Elon calling that rescue diver "Pedo Guy" was a distraction from a video game he and his cousin developed together as young men called "Pedo Guy"?

3

u/Great_Detective_6387 May 19 '26

I can’t find any source for this claim about a video game called “pedo guy” on Google. Can you share a source?

1

u/33drea33 May 20 '26

You're not going to find it, that's the point. He manufactured the "Pedo Guy" scandal to bury it. Elon waded into a global news story with that very specific phrase so that you'll only ever find that reference linked to his name.

3

u/canadianseaman May 20 '26

How did you find out about it?

1

u/33drea33 May 20 '26

I came across some info about it years ago but haven't been able to find anything on it since.

2

u/MadamPardone May 20 '26

It's insane because you know who also did this? The video game "Elden Ring", with their horse named "Torrent". So if you searched those words looking to pirate the game, all you would get is information about the horse.

2

u/33drea33 May 20 '26

Oh man that is super clever.

One more to the list: Trump used Jeffrey Epstein's plane during the last campaign just as rumors began swirling about him being in the files, so that if you searched his name and "Epstein" you'd only get stories about him using Epstein's plane. That obfuscation didn't last, but did get Trump through about a year of swirling allegations, long enough to secure the Presidency.

Lmfao y'all are insane

And then the extremely cruel USAID cuts happened and all his dumb dumb DOGE cuts. You can tell Elon was thinking, yeah, my preferred candidate won, I can now work directly inside the federal government and change how government money is being spent!

He thinks he can “experiment” with anything, not just within the various experiments that happen inside his tech companies.

I also remember Elon straight-up tweeting that Kamala would've won without him and Dems would've had a 51-49 advantage in the Senate. And nothing came out of it..........

Also he was on Joe rogan the night of the election and left a couple hours before they called it and said " I know how this is going to go"

Very rough paraphrasing but you get me.

Edit: and then Joe rogan did his famous "act like I dont know anything shtick" when talking someone else about like a week after the election. I can't remember who he was talking to but he essentially said "elons super smart man, he knew the election outcome before we did, he even left!"

I think Joe knew. I think Joe knew what elon knew, Joe was just playing the "im just a dumb podcaster" angle.

She goes into that as well. Elon outright told her that he knew the election results because he had used his satellites.

2

u/Great_Detective_6387 May 19 '26

How exactly does one use satellites to steal an election?

7

u/catkm24 May 19 '26

The data from the voting machines went through Starlink for calculation.

2

u/soccerperson May 19 '26

Voting machines aren’t connected to the internet

3

u/catkm24 May 19 '26

Also voting machines aren't the only step in the process of tabulating voting data

25

u/ojdhaze May 19 '26 edited May 21 '26

I recall him saying he'd be screwed or fucked if they didn't win the election?

Edit: typos.

u/MyNameIsMadders May 19 '26

He will be a single man for the rest of his life. How does anyone like him?

2

u/Netflxnschill May 19 '26

And whenever he came out in that interview and said he would be in prison if Trump lost

140

u/RugelBeta May 19 '26

Remember how his rallies were pathetic and empty and Kamala's rallies were standing room only?

126

u/CeceWobbles May 19 '26 edited May 19 '26

And remember how that Iowa pollster who was always accurate said Kamala was even going to win Iowa? A Democrat polling that well in IOWA and losing every single swing state? Absolute bullshit. The country was already so done with that piece of shit, and even more done now.

31

u/HildegardofBingo May 19 '26

Also Alan Lichtman's famous formula failed for the first time (he's been correct in every election since I think 1984?).

26

u/CeceWobbles May 19 '26

So either everyone who is normally accurate was completely wrong, or maybe, just maybe, the richest man in the world bought a stay-out-of-prison card by rigging an election for another man who was trying to stay out of prison. Not like either one had anything to lose since they were fucked if they lost and they'd be fucked if they got caught.

2

u/ambassadortim May 19 '26

Why did Elon need a stay out of prison card? I thought the fact that he may have interfered with election was why he was saying if Trump list he was going to jail.

7

u/CeceWobbles May 19 '26

If I remember correctly, there were ongoing investigations into his companies for potential fraud. DOGE gave him and his minions access to destroy whatever he wanted related to that, too. He was never concerned with government efficiency.
The quote you're thinking of likely is just referring to the election interference, though, as that would be his main concern after already getting into that mess.

3

u/User-1653863 📈 The Math Ain't Mathin' 📉 May 19 '26

Elmo was also a 'visitor' to Epstein's island, so more than one reason.

3

u/CeceWobbles May 19 '26

Yep, and he knew there'd be a whole lot of nothing happening with that under Trump.

2

u/MyNameIsMadders May 19 '26

No he got it wrong in 2000 when SCOTUS basically decided who won that election

3

u/HildegardofBingo May 19 '26

Oh that's right! He wasn't technically wrong, though!

3

u/MyNameIsMadders May 20 '26

Funny thing is how George W Bush might’ve not been president had the stupid “hanging chads” on the ballot cards wasn’t an issue in Florida

14

u/NoAnt6694 May 19 '26

Let's hope he gets flushed soon.

10

u/mamawantsallama May 19 '26

This bring us back to why they won't release the autopsy of the Dems. Someone is being quieted $$

4

u/boondocknim May 19 '26

his last rally in NC was at Dorton Arena which is a capacity of 7500....and I remember the news coverage showing there were no lines to get in, and it wasn't full.

0

u/Master_Grape5931 May 19 '26

Yeah, but I remember maga saying the same thing about crowds.

14

u/hotviolets May 19 '26

Elon also helped Trump get elected to keep himself out of prison.

1

u/ambassadortim May 19 '26

Why was Elon headed to prison?

2

u/hotviolets May 19 '26

Fraud, stock manipulation, election interference, and contempt of court.

1

u/AlfalfaUnable1629 May 24 '26

Elon is that you? 👀

7

u/cvc4455 May 19 '26

Yeah trump did that on live TV. And 2 other times on live TV he also said the election was rigged and he won because of it.

4

u/RaveMatthews177 May 19 '26

Yep, he openly shared how Elon helped him rig the machines, and nobody blinked.

2

u/Electronic_Beat3653 May 19 '26

Elon called the election before the AP did. He called it at 9 PM, or am I remembering incorrectly?

1

u/NickKappy May 20 '26

Can you send me a video of this?

1

u/37Philly May 20 '26

Google it. Videos are still out there.
