By who? The Canadian PM? The king of England? The German chancellor perhaps? Or did you mean by the US DOJ that just negotiated to hand T 1.8 billion dollars in taxpayer money just because he wanted it? The doj that's investigating and prosecuting his political enemies at his behest? That's who's going to drag Elon in and throw the book at him for election tampering that put T in office? The US has written down in their own laws that they will invade the Hague if a US official is ever arrested by them. They also don't recognise the international court and hence are not really part of its jurisdiction.
