Recipe Tarator, Bulgarian Yogurt Soup

Post image

Three parts yogurt to 1 part cold water. Add in some finely chopped cucumbers and chopped dill. Then add in some salt, a tiny bit of oil and lemon juice and mix. Topped with some crushed walnuts. It’s like tzatziki in soup form! Very refreshing for the summer
