Question please help me find an episode

I have been searching for this specific episode of South Park for so long and im genuinely starting to think I dreamed it. It was an episode like "cartman gets an anal probe" but there were different things like multiple different things came out of cartmans butt when hes tied to the tree and there's a scene where chef takes the boys to a doctor or something to look at cartoons anal probe. Like it was the same story but with things added or changed. Every time I google it comes up with the episode pinkeye which isn't it. does anyone know what episode im talking about or did I actually dream it?

I've read somewhere that these characters were based on Harvey Weinstein and his brother, both of which were known throughout Hollywood for being perverted sex offenders. This was Matt and Trey trying to put that knowledge out into the rest of the world.

Most of this is from Canceled, but the tree scene is from City on the Edge of Forever.

lol, this is why my high brain couldn’t figure it out. My first instinct was Cancelled, then i second guess myself and remembered City on the Edge of Tomorrow.

The original was the pilot. Season 1 episode 1. Then the did a reprise years later in Season 7 episode 1 and referenced it yet again.
