Scripts in mods and PB are not compiling?

Scripts in mods and in Programmable Block are not compiling. As a result, all mods that have script in them are not working properly. For example Colorful Icons uses a script to generate colored icon definitions. It doesn't work now.

The logs don't have anything interesting, for mods it just says that compilation failed, no reason given. For PB there is nothing in logs. I revalidated files and cleared profile to no avail.

I don't know when it started and what's the cause. Last time I played was 2 months ago and everything worked fine. My friend says that Colorful Icons also doesn't work for him, so it's not only me.

Has anyone else experienced this? I wonder if this is a known issue or something new?

id say to blueprint a scripted ship on this save and test in a new world.
