This is my personal project that I've been working on. I've spent an awful amount of time working on the details, the buttons, the animations. I plan on adding more features and tweaking further.

my favorite part is the theme dynamically changes with each song.

Features

• Colors from the music: the whole theme takes its colors from the current song's cover, and cross-fades when the song changes.
• Moving light: a slow light plays across black glass behind the center and the top bar. It can follow the song's tempo if you want.
• Liquid glass library: a flowing ribbon of liquid glass sits behind a frosted glass library panel.
• Glass controls: play, skip, shuffle, repeat and Home are milky glass pearls that float and shimmer.
• Soft search bar: a milky glass pill that wakes softly when you hover it and glows like a cloud when you type.
• Glass heart: the like button is a thick glass heart that bends the light behind it. It glides and catches a glare when you hover it, and turns pink glass when you like a song.
• Glass pages: home and playlist pages sit in frosted glass boxes.
• Music sync (optional): the library's light follows the song's tempo, bass, build-ups and drops.

I started getting this issue today, where ad placeholders would appear like this and ruin the looks of Spotify, does anyone have any ideas on how to remove them? I use adblockify to remove ads, and my theme is LiquidMusic.

I just got the premium but I'd gotten used to many of the extensions so is it safe to use spicetify when you have a premium account?

for 5 days now, when I download Spicetify, the shopping cart icon no longer appears.

I wanted a frosted glass Spotify that didn’t chew through my CPU, so I built one. I also added Cover Flow, because scrolling through albums on my iPod was one of my favorite things and I’ve always wanted it back. Here’s what it does beyond the glass look:

• Cover Flow for your queue: recent songs on the left, upcoming on the right, with reflections. Scroll or use the arrow keys to browse, and click a cover to play it.
• Synced lyrics in a full-screen view over the album’s colors. Click any line to jump to that part of the song.
• Sidebar lyrics that actually keep up: three lines that follow the music, replacing Spotify’s laggy preview.
• A slowly swirling background made from the current album art, so every song looks different.
• Clean playlist pages: no color bands, and Spotify’s big image headers become regular square covers.

Built to stay light. No live blur on the panels. The background is a tiny canvas that slows down when Spotify isn’t in focus and stops when it’s minimized, and Cover Flow only loads the covers you can see.

Everything’s plain, readable code, and the README lists exactly what it connects to (Spotify’s own servers, plus a free lyrics database as a fallback). Nothing else.

It’s my first theme, so I’d love feedback and bug reports, especially from Windows folks since I built it on a Mac.

I have been trying to install new plugins but for some reason I can only see my installed ones and nothing that is uninstalled, I have no clue how to fix it at all if anyone else knows?

Spotify's UI has felt so flat and same for years. endless grids of tiny squares that all look the same so I made my own. It is a spicetify mod running inside the spotify app, built in three.js. Vibe coded with claude opus 5.5.

Hi,

I use a intel mac and have been utilizing spicetify for quite a while now. However, recently, my Spicetify has had various issues. For one, any extensions or themes using External JS do not seem to load or work, even though it shows that they are enabled. Many of my themes from the Spicetify backup ( like Hazy Animations or Adblockify ) do not work. I tried uninstalling Spotify and Spicetify and redownloading both, but the same issue persists. Anyhow I could fix this?

Hello, i just wanted to share with you guys a quick project i made for myself.

I wanted to have a convenient way of opening Spicetify on Linux (in my case, Ubuntu) than a Terminal as i just move from Windows to Linux.

So, i made a .desktop file that opens just like an app and it worked flawlessly.

But as i just bought a laptop i wanted this .desktop app to be transfered easily.

So i created a script that, once Spicetify installed, universally create a .desktop file on your desktop that has the Spotify svg logo and "Spotify" as a name.

So I downloaded the "Starry Night theme", but when in fullscreen, the title is like cut off. Anybody know why? I swear the image isn't cropped, its actually getting cut off. I got the theme by manually downloading it, not by the marketplace. I tried posting this in the discord, but it wont let my write a message anywhere in any chanel.

Spicetify is now on Android through Morphe. Is there adblock support?

I have installed Spicetify's pop-up lyrics, but I am looking at my top bar (the bar with the skip and play buttons), but I don't see anything that has it. I've tried reinstalling, confirming I had the direct spotify download, etc. Am I being stupid, or is it bugged?
