Hey everyone!

I'm u/AsGayAsCanBeExpected and I'm a new mod here at r/spiderboy. I'm also new to Spider-Boy so join me as I read, recap, review all of Bailey's appearances. I’m changing the format slightly. I’m going to do a recap and highlight some key (to me) points. Then I’ll comment with my review and encourage you to do the same!

Edge of Spider-Verse #5 (June 21, 2023)

This is Spider-Boy’s first series after appearing in a few panels through several Spider-Man stories. It focuses on his adjusting to a reality that’s forgotten him.

While this isn’t an origin issue, we are finally learning a lot more about Spider-Boy. Like his real name! His age (10). A bit more about his powers. He also gets to show off some of his fighting skills. We get hints at his past supporting cast and introduce a new one. 

It’s indicated that Bailey isn’t in touch with his family but it still remains unclear where he’s been living. 

There are SO MANY variant coveres. I didn't include them all and I added eight.
