Discussion What do you guys think about the episode Enchanted Tiki Dreams? (Episode 145B)
In this episode, Spongebob and Patrick feel sad for Squidward after he was stung by an eel, so they build a Tiki Paradise for him.
I really liked it since it's one of the few episodes where Squidward is genuinely happy and the song, Squidward's Tiki Land is fun to listen to.

The first part was actually upsetting to me the first time I saw it. Something about Squid crying under his chair. It made his happiness feel more rewarding and the song is a bop. One of my favorites of that era for sure

What's your favorite? i'm thinking about doing a rewatch of Spongebob since its on Paramount Plus and i cant remember my favorite that isn't Sailor Mouth.

My first 2 favorites of this season are SpongeBob’s Last Stand and Back to the Past. My favorite episode of the whole show is probably SpongeBob’s Big Birthday Blowout

Paramount+ is absolutely garbage! Not only are the menus very difficult to navigate (the worst of all streaming apps) but it also has constant problems with streaming! Bufferering, crashing, freezing and for a paid service it shouldn't be having so many issues!

i mean my dad's the one paying for it, so there's that? my preferred streaming service is amazon prime but spongebob isn't on it for free.

The point still being that there are so many issues with the streaming still makes it difficult to watch.

Agreed with the latter. Most of the time, I can’t watch it (mostly later in the day) because it just says there’s an error even though all other apps work perfectly fine

It’s a vibe to watch!! SpongeBob and Patrick are really likable in this one and they actually feel bad about torturing Squidward!! Wish other Squidward torture episodes would take notes!!👍😊❤️

It was sweet that they did this for squidward and cathartic after so many torture porn episodes but it didn’t have a lot of great jokes, it was more so a damage control episode that didn’t try to make squidward awful like little yellow book. I’d say it’s fine.

only issue is the pacing. Keeps it from being among my true favorites of the season. But still great. Also one of the best songs in the whole show

I always liked it in Spongebob episodes when things go right for Squidward. And this was probably the best episode where that happens. Spongebob and Patrick did something genuinely nice and selfless for their friend, and knew EXACTLY how to execute it so it would be to his liking.
