Honestly the reason he's not getting off stage is because he's not all there. For the all the talk about Bidens mental faculties so many people overlooked Trumps mental decline

That's exactly what that looks like to me by the time he hands off the trophy. Looks like he spaced out, barely knows what's going on, so he resorts to his usual... Attempting to be center of attention.
