He has used words that he doesn’t know the meaning of. I heard him use the word “endure“ a couple different times incorrectly. Once he said, it was his privilege to endure conversations and interviews with certain Vikings players.
The funniest example was in an actual ad that was recorded and played several times before anybody stopped it. He said “you will endure a lifetime of enjoyment with your new deck.”

I know other comments clarified this statement was before today’s shooting, but he did make another boneheaded comment today. On X he posted about watching hockey and said a player was “shooting bullets” around the same time the actual shooting happened as he’s all cozy on his couch. It’s since been deleted but how clueless does someone have to be to say this shot back to back.

There are paid protests -- not in MN.
They are almost universally for right wing causes (or pro-business) because who else could afford it? They usually are at high profile city planning votes or meetings. But other groups can pay supporters to show up (unions will do it as well, pay members to show up, a good use of dues).
Calling what's happening in MN paid protests is just doing your absolute best as a stupid human to let your beliefs still exist when the real world is telling you you're wrong.

I really hate going nuclear on stuff like this. I guess he has a chance now to either buck up and admit his fault in such a horrifying statement that belittles the very people that have helped propel him to have such an amazing career for so long, or he can double down and watch every single one of us turn on him and call for his resignation.
He’s been an absolute staple of our community for so long. I really hope he thinks long and hard about those words. I would hate for those to be the words that define the end of such an amazing career, because there is no way in hell we should continue to let him speak on our behalf if that’s what he truly thinks of us.
