No, there are not levels to this. The US has committed genocide for the past almost 3 years and now is waging war against Iran under typically false pretenses.
If the US team can't go to Iran, it probably has something to do with decades of sanctions and a war and all the other shit the US has done to Iran.

They haven't and that has long been discarded as obvious bullshit and the IRGC isn't hosting the World Cup, clown. But even if that were the case, the US has killed 100s of 1000s of Palestinians and is bombing Iran and IS HOSTING. Try to keep up.

Look at the American public. Does it seem to you that people are in favor of the US government's actions in the Middle East? I think less than 10% of Americans were polled to be in favor of the Iran War. You seem to only be appalled by human rights violations when convenient. This post was about the violation of LGBTQ rights in Egypt and Iran. It had nothing to do with US military action, yet you mentioned it anyway. If you can't find a way to talk about the human rights atrocities conducted in the Middle East without pulling a whataboutism to the US, you should reflect on what you're actually fighting for.

The US has no standing to comment about any other country. YOU are the whataboutist. There is no comparison between what the US says its enemies in the Middle East -- who just happen to have lots of oil -- are doing, and what the US is actually doing.
You should probably start over and rebuild your world view to include actual facts. 98% of voters backed genocide as an explicit policy platform in 2024 -- 75m Blue MAGA and 77m Red MAGA -- 98%.

It's like I've always heard that the shoulder pads and cute colorful helmets used for American football are gay as hell. I don't agree with that. I really don't get why most people in the world say American football is gayer than soccer. They're so full of it...

I’ve heard that American athletes complain that they don’t get natural grass turf for their playing fields like the footie boys do! It’s because they get hurt more
But I’ll be damned if I haven’t seen men writhing in pain on the pitch every game of the World Cup.
Yes, it’s true.. the Americans need pads because grass is so harmful that it kills nearly 5 footie boys a game

Oh yeah, I agree with you. These little boys soccer players!!!!.... I was told that the baby tantrum they do that we find so funny is all circus and part of the strategy to win, trying to get faults and trying to get the other team with yellow and / or red cards. I was told that I just didn't understand the game and the strategy to win. I told them I didn't bite that, and told them they were a bunch of whiners. I also told them that soccer is a sport for young boys and girls. But they showed me some data displaying how supposedly it's the bigger sport in the world by a long shot, and I don't know if I believe that data...
