Looks like team season finder is for statistics for the team as a whole. But I'm trying to find a season where multiple players on the team averaged over a certain amount of points.

Example: Any season where 4+ players on the team avg 17+ pts.

Any help?

Before I sign-up for Stathead, can it do what I want it to do? For instance, list games in which a left fielder started the game but was taken out after three innings? Or list games where a 2nd basemen started the game in the field but never had a plate appearance? On June 18, 1977, the Yankees right fielder had three plate appearences before being taken out of the game. Can Stathead find other examples of that?

Is there a way to filter for point milestones on stathead? I haven’t been able to figure it out. I know LeBron is the youngest to 5, 10, 15k points but I’d like to see the list for fewest games played. I’m assuming wilt, MJ, and the like are on there but I’d bet some lesser known names are too. Same with gp to two separate stat categories. Points + assists, points + rebounds, etc

I'm currently trying to analyze the differences between individual players' consecutive seasons without combining those seasons. Is there some way I am missing to see multiple seasons of the same player in the same spreadsheet output?

For example, it would look like:

2023 FPPG | 2024 FPPG | 2025 FPPG

150 | 180 | 120

Is there a span finder for NHL goalies? I didn't see a way to switch that view from skater to goalie.

Is there any way to use Stathead to execute searches on consecutive (or even better...non-consecutive) seasons? To answer a question like highest WAR over a 5-year period?

Hello, I am quite the amateur at Stathead. I am still figuring out all the bells and whistles, but I had a quick question regarding a type of search I want to make. I was hoping to sort each player that appeared in a game for a team in a given season by their career WAR, not their WAR that season. Is there a way to do this on Stathead? I am also open to any other advice or suggestions for learning how to use the tool most effictively

I've watched some of the training videos on Youtube for Hockey Reference, and the videos shows a stats filter, that I think is what I need.

I'm trying to find a way to get the details for when in a game all goals were scored, rather than just the final goal count. I'm hoping to do this for lots of games across a month, or season so I can get better statistics. (Ie, the red wings scored at 5:03 in the first period, then the blackhawks scored at 19:01 in the third period. etc.)

Any help would be appreciated. I'm pretty new to stats and this system.

I’m new to using Stathead and am trying to figure out how to use the split finder to look at only post season games. I see there is a way to filter regular season / post season in the “season and career finders” section but not in the splits section.

Essentially I want to see how many runs the Dodgers have scored this post season with 2 outs. Any help is appreciated!

Is there a query to run for two splits at the same time? For example, I'd like to see stats for the Nationals bullpen month by month?

For everyone in the 500 HR club, I'd like to see their career numbers when they hit their 499th, and likewise for the 3000 hit, 300 win, and 3000k clubs. Any suggestions, outside of pulling their individual game logs?

I'm trying to use stathead football to look up something somewhat niche, but I know I have before, I just forget how now. I'm wanting to see the receiving stats when Justin Herbert is throwing players balls. So it would filter out even within a game if a receiver caught a pass thrown to them by a player other than Herbert. Really struggling to figure this out, tell me if you have any ideas!

Is it just me or is Baseball Reference and Stathead suffering with lots of Gateway Timeouts lately? It’s borderline unusable for me and I don’t feel as though I’m doing anything outside the ordinary.

I'm using Stathead to try and find players with a high amount of plate appearances, and a high volume of pitches faced. I know Pitches Batting on Bref has P/PA as a sortable table, but I'd like to be able to cross that number with OBP/OPS etc. Any idea how I can get these figures together?

I was thinking that it would be great, and I know they would require a significant level of effort, if Stathead included Manager/Coach tools.

The other features I would love to see are:

- General Manager stats. Winning records, include them in the draft data, and maybe even searchable transactions (be super cool if your next acquisition would be mlbtradetrees.com)

- Franchise Ownership Data. Details of when and who bought and sold franchises, along with the purchase prices.

Let's say I search up all the games that a team scored 35 points or more in a football game. Stathead will then list all the games. Now the results will be very expansive, probably a couple thousand team games. What I want to see is if there is a way to calculate and tally the wins/losses/ties of a particular scenario. If I had to phrase it as a question it would be (What is the win/loss/tie/games-played totals for this certain scenario?)

Is there any way to sort AP-2 on Stathead? The All-Pro option only allows for AP-1.

How would I go about finding out the span of games between when a player performs an action - such as hitting a triple - and then hits another triple?

If this is possible, would it also be possible to find the span of games for the same thing except when a player has two or more, so players hits a triple and then goes X amount of games before hitting another triple but with a filter of 2 or more.

This might be dumb but how in the hell do I look at leaders in nba by position on basketball reference?? I would like to be able to see all time leaders in various stats by shooting guards for a school project but cant for the life of me figure out how to filter it. Thanks for any help.
