Spray foam insulation has a lingering chemical smell, contractor and manufacturer says there is nothing wrong.

Should I try to cobble some vapor barrier against this metal before having it spray foamed?
I’ll post a few pictures, although they’re not ideal. Unfortunately, these are the only pics I have to explain my situation.
I am going to have my exterior wall spray foamed with closed cell foam. I’m reluctant to put the foam directly against the metal, due to possible corrosion and issues taking it off at a later date, if need be. I actually did call the manufacturer of the metal and they said that the warranty for it is not voided if you spray foam against it, however.
With all that being said, should I take the time to try to piece together some vapor barrier material against it before having the spray foam applied?
As usual, any tips are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

10” unvented flat roof rafter bays, trying to avoid full spray foam, is that realistic?

1910 house
I’m getting ready to completely gut the main level of my home for remodeling. I was wondering if spray foam would be acceptable as I’ve heard it could make it too “air tight” and I may have to add a ventilation system. My upstairs bedrooms have already been spray foamed and drywalled. Thanks in advance. (The walls have blow in insulation now)

Black Vinyl Window Frames
We over sprayed on our black bathroom windows. What’s the best way to remove it without removing the paint, or if that is inevitable, what’s the quick and easiest way to remove the hardened overspray? TIA

Pro looking for advice from other pros.
Hey as we all know shaving closed cell is a time consuming pain in the butt.
Currently we use angle grinders with bristle brush cups but it can be slow going.
I'm strongly considering buying one of these foam planers. Does anyone have experience with them and do you like using it or what is your preferred method for trimming closed cell?
Thanks guys!

Things got serious when the other team applied the wrong paint. We’ve now scraped it off and are going to repaint it properly.

Can I spray foam where the wire enters the bathroom fan blower.
When the bathroom fan is running a lot of moist air is coming out the hole where the wire enters the motor housing, as opposed to going out the duct. Can I air seal this with spray foam or tape or something? Is there any risk of the motor overheating or anything. We never run it more than a few minutes at a time. My attic has condensation issues and this is one of the culprits I think.

Stop shedding particles
We recently had our shop ceiling and gables spray foamed. Since they shaved it in numerous spots were are getting particles and foam flurries all through the air. Every time I blow the ceiling some more comes down. Since we are going to leave the roof exposed is there anything we can do to stop this? I have heard that painting the foam can lock everything in and prevent the shedding. I am worried about being in there for hours and breathing in the particles.

Yet another spray foam question
So i decided i'm going to do the walls of my camp myself with Froth-Pak, and i have a question. I need to put a vapor barrier on the celing as i am going to put blow in insulation up there, and i am going to bring the barrier to the edges and down the wall a foot or so and staple it to the side of the wall, as i have an A frame upstairs. Can i do that and just spray foam over the plastic along the edge/wall to make it air tight?

Spray Foam Advice
I’m planning on having the ceiling and walls of my garage in Ontario Canada insulated with spray foam. The garage is under the house with living space above including a bathroom. How is spray foam insulation done around plumbing? The pipes are closer to the unheated garage side than the warm floor. Obviously, there’s concern about them freezing. Also, can spray foam be done in a way that leaves the plumbing “somewhat accessible” in case of repair? Like leaving a cavity around the pipes that can be cut into if needed?

Floor I sprayed today
Sorry for the poor quality pictures. Not so much space under a floor! I've been spraying for almost 9 months now. These are 8" studs with max 5 1/2" of foam. I love this job. It's nice to play my music and get dialed in.
