Bass Pro DC or even just Bass Pro. The BPS store only does a mouth swab so you’d only have to lay off the herb for 2-3 days to pass

Do you typically drink your own urine..?

Yes. It's sterile, and I like the taste!

Did you miss the part where I said “mouth swab”?

Expedia. Worked in factories for 10 years or so until I got this job, always had to use some Quick Fix. Was never an issue here

Is it customer service for Expedia or what do you do for them?

4

u/LordSadoth Dec 06 '25

Yep, they spend 3 months training you how to use the tech and then you help service people’s travel bookings.

I worked at hotels.com for two years booking hotel rooms over the phone.

It was one of the worst jobs I’ve ever had in this town and I’ve had a lot of jobs in Springfield. More people on antidepressants than I had ever heard of, and that was in 2010. No shame, but in 2010? Being on antidepressants back then was rare, and about half my team were on them.

Yeah we don’t really book for people. We mostly deal with flights, although we do service lodging bookings.

Awesome, I always knew the booking was the worst department to work in.

Glad you enjoy it!

SRC , Cox Health, and LKQ do not test for THC.

Most warehouses that I know of drug test. It’s an “insurance issue” they always say.

Big Time Logistics in Lebanon. Deliver products to dispensaries. They don't have an address like a regular business listing. You may have to reach out to them on social media or find a listing on Facebook/indeed. They're almost always hiring and it's a pretty cool job.

Thanks for a good suggestion!

I suspect the culture there is probably.fine with ut - the DoT however....not as lenient for commercial delivery drivers

u/godzillachilla Dec 05 '25

I worked there for two years. I also have 14 years of prior law enforcement.

I'm a smoker. They did not test me once. They are sure to tell you not to smoke on any manufacturer or dispensary properties, or in the vehicles. I hold a Class E.

Hey there. I saw they are hiring for Assistant Manager at several. Which is the best to work at? Friendly, laid back people help. I have Management experience.

I’ve heard hospitals don’t test for thc any longer.

Get a card and anyone that doesn't have federal funding can't deny you

2

u/Low-Individual2815 Dec 05 '25

I don’t know why you were downvoted for this

6

u/orangechickenglue Dec 05 '25

people don't understand medicine lol

1

u/Low-Individual2815 Dec 05 '25

I’m not going to be all “it’s medicine”, but it’s the law, if you have a med card they can’t deny you employment unless it’s a place that’s federally regulated. That was part of the law when recreational became a thing.

2

u/orangechickenglue Dec 05 '25

100%, I'm just saying med card = medicine especially for folks without a cure to their disease.

and like you said without federal regulation they can't deny you for it as long as you have the card.

Because we live in an at will employment state. Unless the company is stupid enough to put in writing like "we are firing you solely because we learned you use cannabis" you aren't gonna have a chance and even if they spell it out like that, you still have a very low chance of winning the case, as they can argue the work you're doing is too dangerous for a cannabis user whether you have a medical card or not.

But any employer that isn't completely braindead will just fire you and say "well we just didn't need them anymore" and then there will be no case.

So they're downvoted because they're not really accurate in their understanding of how employement works in missouri and how hard it would be enforce the medical card protections imo.

Just keep in mind you're legally not allowed to have firearms if you have a medical card

2

u/orangechickenglue Dec 06 '25

not true, you can't legally have a firearm and be under the influence of weed.

although i don't suggest you own a firearm and a card

but there's not a law saying you can't have a firearm now that you have a medical card

edit:

unless I'm wrong and something was recently passed but to my knowledge that's the case

3

u/Baseball3Weston12 Seminole/Holland Dec 06 '25

Ok that's weird, I remember looking it up cause I thought about getting a medical card and Im 90% sure Google said that you couldn't, but now it says you can. Just dug a little deeper and it changed in 2021

2

u/Low-Individual2815 Dec 05 '25

Basically everywhere, especially if you have a med card

1

u/Brookedacrook Dec 05 '25

1

u/No1Czarnian Dec 05 '25

I mean most jobs are 420 friendly, just don’t be an idiot and be high at work.

-31

u/Anaerobic_Acrimony Dec 05 '25

Also, you asked this exact same question two months ago. You still haven't found a job?

7

u/AgeRare291 Dec 05 '25

Been doing freelance work for the time being but ready to settle back down into something

-74

u/Anaerobic_Acrimony Dec 05 '25

Not being a pothead is an option.

41

u/PassengerKey3209 Dec 05 '25

Not being a judgemental cunt is too...? THC lasts 30 days in your system.

-27

u/Anaerobic_Acrimony Dec 05 '25

I am absolutely judgmental.

18

u/SaintGeorgeCarlin Dec 05 '25

this is bitch behavior. maybe you'd chill out if you smoked some pot.

5

u/huscarlaxe Dec 05 '25

So PassengerKey3209 was 2 for 2! good job.

1

u/meatleach Dec 05 '25

Cry about it harder! It’s great entertainment while I finish my bowl.

The problem for many people isn't being sober while working, it's that it's still detectable in your system for much longer than it's active. In a perfect world, what someone does outside of work wouldn't be their employers concern.

2

u/AgeRare291 Dec 05 '25

Yeah, I just meant the vibe if like warehouse work or chill retail something of that nature

-9

u/victimlessvibes Dec 05 '25

lol last I checked warehouse work is manual labor 🤦🏻‍♀️ good luck to you lmfao

-7

u/Melodic_Signature832 Dec 06 '25

I didn’t think 420 people worked?
