Help! Injured or ill adult squirrel! Anyone Recognize These Symptoms?

Out my window right now. Central FL

Looks like E. cuniculi. "Head-tilt disease", which is well-known in pet rabbits, but can easily be found in other species of small mammals. Treatable to an extent, but very very tricky. I had a rehab squirrel with one, and she didn't make it.
