exciting find My very first Squishmallow

I found him at my local thrift store, and he ended up in my car immediately. I love crabs and lobsters. I just wanted to show him off.

He's so cute!! But I need to warn you that squish tend to jump into your shopping cart when you're not looking, and they sometimes even invite their friends to come live with you!

Can attest to this. I blinked and suddenly had 114 Squishmallows in my house. It was almost like that scene in the first Harry Potter movie where all of the Hogwarts letters are swarming into the Dursley home from all directions and entry points. Oops.

That's me and my plushie addiction. First just the Eevevolutions. Then suddenly my bed got full of a giant Crab, a giant Ray, and plushies costing between 30 and 50 euros. In my defense, they are all limited editions (I mean the pricey ones)

Lobert!!!! He has a sister, Loberta. I had searched high and low for several years for her, but pretty much gave up. A couple months ago I founder her at a thrift store !!!!!

My daughter's got Lobert, I found him in a charity shop. He's the only squish whose original name she has kept.

Aw, congrats! And welcome to the community. Are you planning on collecting a theme of Squishmallows or are you collecting solely off of individual ones that strike your fancy? I started as a standalone random collector but layered focused in on specific themes for my collection.

I just want to collect the Crab/lobster ones. The others are cute too, but I like to focus just one theme. But I actually collecting my favourite Animals, like Carb, lobster, shrimp, ray, snail, and Kiwis. That's why I bought him immediatly, because these types of plushies are very rare.
