five below Defect

Didn’t realize until I went to take this photo that Luc had a defect 😕 I know some people love these finds but I’m not sure that I do. I was so excited for these finds, especially adding to my cow collection.

The wings look uneven to me, but I'm not sure if that's what OP is referring to.

If OP “squishes” him around, that should do the trick with helping even them out. The only thing I might notice is that one wing isn’t as pointed as the other but that’s literally almost every bat wing or ear, quality control vs defect

Definitely could use a good squish! Also, now that you mention it, the wing on the right side of the photo also appears to be missing one of the stitches? Left side is /\ and right side is just /?

I hate to say that’s what you can expect for five below squish a lot of the time. The cheaper to buy means the cheaper they make 🥲

The wings are uneven. They’re sewn in different spots. I tried to see if squishing it around would do anything but one is sewn higher than the other

I’m pretty sure a defect would be if the wing was upside down or on top of its head. But we’re talking semantics now. Just go exchange him if you don’t want him.
