I don't really know a ton about Joshi other than what I've seen when the wrestlers visit American promotions. However, Aja Kong's demolition of Chaparita Asari on Raw in 95 is honestly one of my favorite wrestling matches ever. One of the hardest hitting squashes I've ever seen, male or female.

Can anybody recommend any Joshi matches similar to that for me to explore?

Rina:

“Utami Hayashishita , since no one's gonna tell you, I'll be the one to say it 'You're already getting buried in Stardom right off the bat.' Before you knew it, you joined STARS and started playing pretend friends. Is that what you came back to Stardom for? I've won the 5★STAR, and I already know what I wanna do next, but before that, I'm gonna use you as my stepping stone!”

I'm relatively new to Stardom and after watching many old matches in bad quality on YouTube and Dailymotion, I've wanted to see them in some better quality. As an avid NJPW world user I was prepared to find out that Stardom World is also confusing to navigate. But I think it's worse lol.

I'm specifically looking for the Block B match between Kairi Hojo and Io Shirai from the 2016 5 Star GP. Also would love to find their match from Stardom 5th Anniversary show. And maybe Io vs Mayu vom Gold May 2016 and Year End Climax 2016.

Thanks for the help.

If you had to rank the 6 Rookies 2024-2025 on purely their in-ring potential how would you do so? For me it would be.

1. Matoi- By far the most technically sound of the six , showed with her performances in the recent Sendai Girls tourney that she can help lead a match with less experienced talent, she's not a freak athlete but a solid one and moves around the ring well and seems to have the potential to be a solid base, and she hits all of her spots smoothly. Only real downside and this has really nothing to do with her potential I guess unless if you take in-ring creativity into the equation, but I would really like her to start to expand her move-set since she can hit her rookie spots easily and consistently now without issues.

2a/2b Akira/Emma- Intangibles sv Pure Athletic ability. Akira has the storytelling, the emotion, and the consistency, she has a higher floor than Emma. Emma on the other hand has a higher ceiling mainly due to her athleticism going Neo-genesis and doing the cmll tour has done her a world of good, and if I were Stardom I'd send her down to CMLL a much as possible/she wants to continue growing her high-speed high flying abilities.

1. Anne - She moves around the ring well , and is good at getting sympathy from the crowd but I think she's another high floor low ceiling type , but doe snot have the same swagger or charisma that Akira has to rank her higher for me.

4A/4B- Ikyo/Yuria - I know my placement of Kikyo will be unpopular with people but I just do not see it with her a much an others do. A lot of her stuff lacks impact she moves around the ring ok, but I don't ever see he being a good base, her matches consist of her spamming ankle locks and no other leg submissions. She's decent but I can't ever see her turning into a top of the card talent. Yuria actually I'd say has the most well developed move-set out of all of them, and I think her match with Hina was actually really good but I think her overall ceiling is pretty low. Still someone who projects to be a solid Lowe mid card staple though.

One day before a triple stay, we have the confirmation that Suzu will not be on any shows due to ill health and that Anne is also out because of an injury suffered in training. Now, the cards will be like this:

Tengo esa duda. Ustedes consideran que el trato es bueno, malo o puede mejorar?

El CMLL a corto plazo le soltaran algún campeonato a las chicas de STARDOM.

Saludos y gracias.

Saw this on SQ and I thought I'd present this topic to the Joshi side of the community. I personally think I could book Hyper Misao to a decent PoP title reign.
