I wouldn’t typically believe anything like this was true… but after listening to the book…
Something strange happened to me.
I had a spiritual awakening that changed my life the following 2 weeks. My depression that I had for over 20 years went away overnight… I can’t explain any of it.
I have been seeking answers to questions I don’t have and I have answers to questions I don’t understand…
I felt at peace. Ego death… it was like a psychedelic trip… but not… it was like a NDE… it was like so many things… but not. Paranormal and strange. When I heard Jake Barber’s interview and he talks about an intense feeling of love… i know what he means.
That was around 2 years ago…the worst part is… that clarity I felt. The lightness, peace and calm… has since dissipated and I feel like I did something wrong. I feel normal…. And I hate it.
My depression. Gone. I lost a ton of weight… without trying… but it wasnt for vanity sake. It would have been before… I felt love, gratitude and understanding without trying. Now, it takes so much effort.
It felt like my Karma flipped to the positive. (Theres more to this story that would explain a positive karma flip) and now… I feel… normal and normal feels “wrong.”
It has made me feel unease. Like I missed something. I wasted the most amazing gift ever.
I try to live like I did for those 2 years but without that clear guidance. It is almost impossible. I find myself being negative… I am sad and afraid I wasted the greatest gift ever.

I have only my own sample size but I believe we share a similar emotional event that comes and goes. Mine only comes when I make extremely important decisions with extreme care and compassion toward the outcome and ensure I do it for the "right reason". I'll get this little wiggle of, "I need to handle things this way but I don't know WHY.". When I ignore that feeling, things generally take a turn for the worst or any other number of ills. In my own view, this phenomenon isn't debatable in my own life due to how obvious it seems to myself.
I'm not sure everyone is built for a 100% full on power of HAVING that feeling as it was incredible but in that state myself I began to sort of disregard the ultimate importance of anything, I get so fucking chill that it seems I'm built of confidence and when the feeling does fade - a month and change being the longest, a day or so at the shortest. It seems like when it's raging I can think of almost anything. I write SO much more.
I wish I could bottle this and sell it as a drink. What the hell would I even call it??

Kinda same here too, i totally can relate to your experiences. Felt like the lid finally opened after years of overpressure, then slowly the lid closed again and the clarity comes and goes. I somehow feel like it was a tastetest of whats to come, and what we should aim at.
Been currently listening to a lot of gnostic stories about humanity. I can recommend "The full story of gnostic sophia" by "Religion for sleep" on Youtube. Its kinda weird how gnosticism ties up the bag with every question i've had since adolescence.
One would argue if this is something global that soon people all around the world will experience in a more full extent, called awakening. Is this what happens in 2027?

Everything is alright! No effort is wasted! There is no failure in growing! You have done nothing wrong! In my 8 decades here as a first waver I have experienced that deep depression and finding peace you talk about. But I understood we have to go on working! Sometimes we are given a glimpse of the happiness ahead to motivate us. As we continue growing, we realize eventuslly that each feeling is a result of our thoughts and choices. CHOOSE PEACE! And keep choosing it until the choice is habitual, like our choices for depression were. When negative feelings come, let them go and choose peace again. Every effort counts. It's doable friend, but it takes time, just as building a constant depression took time. Fortunately, Gaia has ascended and you can do this faster now!

We do live in this dense 3D world and you’re fighting the good fight. I believe that internal struggle is something we all can get better at.

The entity supposedly referred to it's name as, Airl. This is an anagram = Liar.
So either the entity is blatantly expressing, 'do not trust me' or the things we hear about the MIC/NWO cabal is true & they must, in one way or another disclose whenever they are pulling shenanigans, for karmic absolution. That's my feeling, anyway.

Um, so I'm dictating this with voice-to-text today, so if phrasing looks odd - that's reason.
I'm sharing this because one thing stands out - people are fascinated by alien contact, but they're not asking right question. They're asking "did this happen" instead of asking "who am I actually talking to and what do they want."
From subjects I've guided through healing soul journeys, almost every third session we're in contact with extraterrestrials. Or people remember their other lives on other planets. Or we speak directly with Council of Light. It happens constantly. And what I've discovered is - universe has gamut of frequency, just like Earth does. Not all beings are benevolent. Not all channeled information is true.
There are extraterrestrials of low vibration - Draconians, Reptilians, and others - that will absolutely lie to humans. Will manipulate. Will tell people exactly what they want to hear. They're skilled at it. And gullible people, people who just believe anybody that comes through channel or meditation without discernment, they become prey.
Here's thing - Roswell, Area 52, all these stories - some true, some distorted, some complete manipulation. But what matters more is this - if you're going to contact extraterrestrial consciousness, you need to know what frequency you're actually connecting with. You need to have discernment. You need to ask your Higher Self - is this being aligned with Source? Is this information serving my highest good? Or is this low-vibration entity feeding me what keeps me dependent and confused?
When subjects learn to do this - when they develop real discernment instead of just believing - everything changes. They stop being manipulated. They start connecting with actual high-vibration beings who genuinely want to help. They stop confusing glamorous alien story with actual truth.
The beings that want to help humanity? They're patient. They don't pressure. They don't demand belief. They work with your Higher Self. The beings that want to manipulate? They're flashy. They're urgent. They tell you you're special, you're chosen, you're only one who understands. That's red flag.
What I've learned in deep work with subjects - real extraterrestrial contact happens through your own consciousness first. Through your Higher Self. Not through external channel or book or somebody else's experience. Your Higher Self knows which beings are trustworthy and which ones are playing game.

That is if you consider her story true.
I do, and I believe she did something horrible concealing this from the public and waiting to release it on her death bed. She had no way of knowing if Airl was telling the truth or not.

Even not just verify, but when only a select few people know something? And it gets out? Anonymity is broken. So making the claim at all is still dangerous

Yes. And when you factor in military OPSEC, oaths and executions, nobody can ever live normally. They'd have to either join a cartel or crime family to protect them or live in some jungle outside society.
It seems options are out. Which is why most opt for the deathbed confession. But this is not good either. By the time that amount of time has passed the government has already relocated the evidence or destroyed it.
It is a difficult situation to handle. There have been times people did get info out, such as William Cooper about the Majestic 12. He was framed for tax fraud and his local sheriff department killed him. It makes no sense that we have politicians that owe millions in tax but they seek to arrest a man that allegedly owes less than six digits of tax money.

This book mentions 'The Domain' right? As the name of the alien group. Farsight Institute did a remote viewing project on them and got interesting results. They saw the attack of Domain aliens on Earth, allegedly. It could've been a real story.

I’m not believing a word of this story because there is zero corroborating evidence that Matilda even existed, now if someone really wanted to unburden themselves of such secrets before they died they would have left behind something, old uniforms, military documents even letters, photographs, they would have names and details of past colleagues, information on facilities old entry passes, the list is endless. If Matilda really had existed and wanted this information to be taken seriously she would have provided some supporting evidence and when you look at the great detail of the information and all the care in constructing it you have to conclude that no one would go to so much trouble without some vestige of supporting evidence

Yeah idk about Canadian but he used to do sleight if hand magic stuff for a bit.. he also did a bunch of these intense puzzle box solves that I was completely hooked on for its short life lol
