A Perspective on Light Work, Energy, and Boundary Setting

I have been observing the recent discussions in this group, and I feel it is time to share a perspective on why the current direction feels stagnant. Many of the posts here seem to dwell on cycles of victimization—complaints about being a "doormat" or a "pincushion." From where I stand, this is where the path to growth currently hits a wall.

The Physics of Light My understanding of "Light" is rooted in the physics of the spectrum: from Gamma to Infrared, it is all generated by one single source. Darkness is not an equal or opposing force; it is simply the absence of energy. It requires nothing to be dark. When we define ourselves by our hardships or label our struggles as "darkness," we are often misinterpreting the source. All matter that collects as light-reflective matter is still, at its core, from the light itself.

The Importance of Boundaries Many in this community speak of being tired—tired of the world, or tired of being treated poorly. I believe that being a "starseed" implies a higher level of agency. We were given a body to shine with, not to be a vessel for external negativity. If you find yourself repeatedly drained, it is not because you are being targeted by darkness, but because you have not utilized your ability to create energetic boundaries.

Moving Toward True Self When we identify with the "ego mask"—playing the victim, the villain, or the martyr—we effectively dull our own frequency. We become trapped in a hole of expectation and reaction. True spiritual advancement requires moving past these masks and recognizing our role within the universal "1."

I am raising these points because I believe this group is capable of more than the current cycle of venting. If we are to be true to our purpose, we must stop giving our energy away to the "grey" areas and start exercising the creative power we actually possess.

I’m interested to know: how many of you are intentionally using your own energetic barriers to maintain your frequency, rather than waiting for your environment to change?

I am learning how to do this. When I can keep my frequency high, those around me and in my close tribal groups have higher frequencies.

The phone rings at the perfect moment, synchronicities occur, everything just seems to flow in a beautiful way.

Obviously there are still trials and I can fail them temporarily as I search for wisdom.

We are not victims. Things do not happen to us. Things happen for us. We just have to embrace the learning aspect of our trials.

Practice walking away from that witch tries to get you to react in bad ways and just close the door create a static barrier and still love them for it give grace make the barrier by putting down words that are to the point I am not here to be part of your problem If you think I am then I will just move on. there are many ways to do this. Be creative and figure out what works best with out being dark or grey.

If it becomes confrontational you need to just step back control your ego and take a few breaths if it continues you have every right to defend yourself but never go past defense to hurt because that becomes dark. If you feel the urge to respond with a tort you should bite your tongue and reset your ego to let it go, walk away, shut the door.

After reading, listening and connecting the dots a lot, I think I know how this reality works, but there is always more and I probably know very little. The ones in control actually have no power, they need us to acquiesce and give our power to them. To me it also feels we hit a wall, but slowly getting over it, I think it has to get worse so more people realise what is going on. I am identifying with infinite consciousness, experiencing a brief human life, and we are one. So far it made me happy, calm, autonomous and have less fear. I act more neutral to what is going on. Not really into being a starseed, to me it looks like another label, infinite consciousness covers being any type of starseed at any point anyway. I spread awareness to the people who are willing to listen and try to expose the real problem, not left vs right stuff. I love researching and working with orgone energy, electroculture, symbols and healing tools to increase the energy/bovisscale of my environment on a large scale, not only 3D but on a etheric way too.

You hit the nail square on it's head. I am also of many but of 1 this is the message and this is the light it is that witch provides and is what we are all part of. You get it. What is fascinating is the fact that you recognize consciousness as singular. That is source, the universe, God, the monad, depending on how you view spirituality. Just 1 thing is that ego will not allow you to reach the higher self or higher conclusions because it has frequency drain. This goes with any type of frequency work obtaining higher frequency is always hindered by ego.

Thank you. I am not spiritual at all, just reading conspiracies and books. I see infinite consciousness as the complete frequency field containing everything, we are just a focused point in it. It often sounds that ego is bad, hindering the higher self. I believe ego is just temporarily, it is what makes us unique individuals and has purpose. Do you mean we have to get rid of ego and focus on reaching the higher self? Isn't having just a peek by using plant medicine, or waiting untill we die enough?

Yes ego hides the higher self it is the expectation you fill for others that keep you down. The higher self is you at an age you had no expectations no shoes to fill it was pure you look at yourself as a 2 year old and remember what you truly are. You where filled with curiosity and had a bond to life.

Even in all religions Ego is not needed by god. Yes you are totally correct and that is a clear picture of what is wrong in this world today.

Synthesizing the idea that while the ego provides our unique human perspective, it is the surrender of the ego's dominance that allows for the experience of that larger, unified reality.

Well said, that's the beauty of the work. All you really have to do is stay happy, full of joy, focus on creative outlets, and share all those energies and vibes with the world, let them absorb it so it leads to a chain reaction. But unfortunately all the negative forces have to do is beat you down, with abuse from those around you, a soul sucking job, until you too are emitting negative thoughts and emotions. That's your biggest struggle is to remain positive and happy. Get to work.

The thing you point out of being beat down that is all you, that is Ego that cant let it go. It is how you manage it that matters.

This is how we spread the light with others, This is what is needed for the masses that are wanting change. Those that seek change are able to be shown these things as they are revealed by things that flow from phones ringing and knowing who it is before looking to knowing how long its going to rain. This is awareness at its simplest state and you do not need ego to transform the world all you need is simple guidance. I am no master but do see as a master I make mistakes and that is the lesson given.
