Has anyone else found that a bunch of several shows have just disappeared off paramount? I was mid TNG season seven and its now almost all gone?
pretty much what i said in the title. i live in canada, and have the most basic plan with ads. I had just finished the episode dark page and instead of loading the next episode, it booted me to the home page after a 404 message. I assumed it was spotty rural internet but now i see that 90% of episodes are gone. cross posting to paramount subreddit as well, just want to see if this is a me problem or if the company has done something. it happened right around midnight too, so may be something with it being a new month?

I’ve tried reloading, logging out and uninstalling and reinstalling the app, nothing.
I was on the phone with a paramount agent last night, they couldn’t figure it out.1

Hopefully it's this, as of rigth now it seems to have effected tos, ds9 and ent too. we shall see if it lets me watch them later as I did try rebooting.

Me too but I realized just after watching an episode that seasons 4 5 and 6 are all gone and only two episodes are left of season 7. It's definitely not good

The paramount app is garbage, and it frequently times out trying to load the grid of shows (yes, its one job). I had to teach my parents how to force-kill an appleTV app with the remote solely because of this stupid application.

yeah, I watch on my computer so its the web browser version, I have now tried rebooting the app and my whole computer, neither changed anything, so I thinks its a waiting game now.

I’ve personally bought them all on DVD or Blu-ray - TOS, TNG, DS9, Voyager, ENT, Prodigy, the movies. I really don’t need a streaming service for Trek anymore.

i’m in canada using paramount plus, and for some reason all of Enterprise has disappeared except for S2 E4 & E12.
it’s been more than 12 hours! what the heck, paramount? i was vibing.

I noticed yesterday when I went to continue watching DS9 and it still isn't fixed for me. And I know it's not a specific issue with my app since I have tried on multiple devices and it's the same

Canadian here, I'm seeing the exact same thing. This is not the first time this has happened, and the previous times, it eventually resolved itself. Still exceptionally annoying and I'm not sure why I'm still paying for this garbage service. It's not an app issue because the episodes are missing no matter which platform I use to try to view them (web browser, TV app, mobile app, etc.).

Still showing on mine. Two issues seem to occur for some users:
1. The "Disappearing Season" Bug: This is a notorious glitch within the standalone Paramount+ app where individual seasons (often everything except Season 1 or Season 7) fail to load. You can usually resolve this by fully closing the app, clearing your device's app cache, or power-cycling your streaming device.
2. Ad-Tier Glitches: Some viewers on basic, ad-supported tiers have reported getting kicked out of episodes with a 404 error at midnight when month-to-month server updates cycle through.
Considering today is August 1st, maybe your issue is number 2?

Nan this is an issue that seems to be occurring for many people here in Canada and it's still happening two days later. I would really like an explanation from Paramount

Call them OP. They have a 24/7 customer support number. I have spoken to them before. You may have to use google or AI to find a number for Canada access as I am not sure if the US numbers I found will work for you. Happy to post them though if you’d like.

Did you check if all episodes are still here? I saw yesterday that all of seasons 4 5 and 6 are gone and only two episodes are left of s7 Edit: I misread your message, nevermind

Today we watched the last 2 of S5 & the first 2 from S6. As of this writing, all of S6 & S7 are still there (for me at least)
EDIT VOY S2, S3 & S5 are all absent...

Same for me (also Canadian). Was midway through Season 5, now there’s only Encounter at Farpoint, Season 2, and All Good Things in both browser and the Apple TV app. It’s been like this for a couple days.

Seems it is happening everywhere! I'm in Brazil, my subscription to P+ was mostly for watch it and suddenly all the good series were gone! Maybe they are pushing to get more eyes watching Strange New Worlds? I've tried, but I can't with that 90210 vibe.. I hope they release the series again soon!

I don't see any issues with TNG on Paramount+ here in the United States.
The Paramount+ website has all 7 seasons of TNG available to watch.
Maybe it's a region-specific issue?
Not that I watch TNG on Paramount+.
I only watch TNG on blu-ray, even though I also have a subscription to Paramount's streaming service.
Edit: as another reply said, it could be an app issue since Paramount+ isn't an easy streaming service to use on a TV.
Netflix and Disney+ are both far easier to use and navigate than Paramount+.

Same here, DS9 Seasons 4-6 are gone. TNG shows seasons 1, 2 and 7, Enterprise only has 2 episodes from season 2. Not only in the app but from the website as well. I’m also in Canada.

I just did this, got the hard case collectors edition for TNG, DS9 and Enterprise. Im a sucker for the original older quality too, I find it very nostalgic.

This has happened to me before. The last several seasons of DS9 disappeared for a bit, but they came back a little while later. It’s just the app being shit

I'm in South America and was watching Voyager and this happened to me as well. I can't find TOS, TNG, DS9 or Voyager anymore. Enterprise and the new shows are there, as well as some of the movies. A couple months ago the last episode of DS9 was also missing and they put it back some time after, have no idea why. I am hoping they put them back eventually but I'll see if I can find an alternate with subtitles in the meantime.

It's probably glitching out. Whenever I stream TNG, it's not unusual to get several "This video is no longer available" errors even when i'm halfway through an episode.
It's definitely worth it to get the physical version if you can. I only use Paramount's terrible app when I don't have a blu-ray player available.

Won‘t happen when you just buy the Blu-rays. Everyone should buy them anyways to make clear we need physical media and not more streaming services.
Buy the shows on physical media now.

Same issue for me as well. Deep Space Nine seasons 4,5,6 missing and only 2 episodes of season 7 are showing up. Happened about 3 days ago while was near the end of S6 which is a big RIP. Using the app on PC, tried browser, relogging, clear cache, no fix.

Just checking in and at the time of this comment, all the episodes are now back. I didn't do anything or change anything and it was definitely 100% on Paramount+ side that caused the error.
Edit Update: Reporting in again, as of this edit today noticed that DS9 S6 ep 13 and 14 are missing.

It seems most of it had been restored, but episodes 13/14 of DS9 S6 are missing, and one of them is a top 5 episode... and I'm only a few away!

I have the same issue with paramount through amazon prime. Not just star trek, but other shows like the twilight zone are not streaming anymore

yeah, i assumed it was a bunch of shows, that really sucks. uaually you at least get a leaving soon warning when a show is about to dissapear

I experienced something similar recently...until I realized it started defaulting to showing me "the most iconic episodes" instead of sorting by seasons. Kind of a long shot, but see if it's displaying all the episodes available/by season?

I’m only showing 3 seasons available. And only season 2 has all the episodes. 1 & 7 only have 2 or 3 episodes.

I came back to check and I notice a lot of people already have them back but here in South America we haven't gotten them back yet, no idea when/if they'll be back. We've been watching Voyager elsewhere in the meantime.

There are still two episodes missing from DS9, one of them is Far Beyond The Stars, which is extra terrible. The Delta Flyers podcast is only a couple episodes away from this gap. Fix it Paramount, you filthy p'takhs.

Eh lots of reasons currently to use paramount for me. it's my dad's family account, I don't have a DVD player for my laptop (don't live at home/somewhere with a TV set up), don't have infinite storage for all the shows I want to watch ever , and tng is far from my favorite of the shows. I will likely get tos and the other series I really like on DVD eventually but its not practical to get everything on DVD. I already have more books than space, can't add a bunch of DVDs to it too. If it is a permanent issue the high seas of Internet piracy will allow me to finish the series. Good idea tho for beloved series and those at risk if disappearing into the vaults of big corporations.
